Facilities and food was good at dinner and breakfat

Bath had a chip in it. No toilet brush (when checking out was told it was due to Health & Safety and could have rang for one. On holiday I dont expect to have to do something like this…want to just enjoy my break) At dinner, Noel who served us in grill bar was fab, very attentive, friendly and professional…something that cant be said for a couple of his colleagues. My other half was left standing for a while as they chatted to themselves behind bar. When he then asked for the bill, the lady inputted the numbers into card machine handed it to him and walked away whereby my other half had to finish the transaction ie tear off both the merchant copy and cardholder copy and leave machine back on counter and then we walked away. Not professional for customer to be left to do this nor did it make us feel valued customers. Tip not left due to this female staff members off hand behaviour towards us and the chatting beforehand.

The location and how everything we needed was close by. the pool was just beautiful, definitely a must when staying at this hotel 😊 all In all was a great night away with the family to wind down and relax.

Not a great selection of variety of foods in restaurant thought it was all the same , I found the kiddies menu alot more better then the adults so to speak.

Swimming pool was in terrible condition. Changing facilities were unavailable. Ceiling over pool was completely discoloured

Breakfast was ok. Very good selection of fresh fruit, yogurts, cereals. Cooked breakfast was good especially for the numbers catered for. The poached eggs were excellent, and the fried/roasted potatoes were excellent and unexpected.

A meatier more flavoursome sausage

Breakfast was good but we couldn’t book in advance and get cheap we rate unless we booked for all our night stays which didn’t make sense

Seems it’s a lottery whether accommodation has a fridge or not

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable.

My room was right over a large noisy extractor fan which ran all night. I could not open the window as it was so noisy. There was no air conditioning in the room so it was very hot. I did ask for a fan and the helpful staff got one for me. I know that it is only a 3 star hotel but noise all night is not acceptable.
