Great location. Large reception area with friendly staff. Piano bar as always is relaxing and unique. Was a birthday visit and as requested everything was organised beforehand by the staff.

Shower in the room wasn't particularly powerful compared to previous stays.

I loved that my grand daughter was made to feel special on her birthday by some staff during lunch. Pool was fab and breakfast was amazing. Have stayed here four times now and will stay again no doubt.

Dinner was a bit odd. We were overlooked and had to ask to have our order taken. We ordered starters and mains (steak) but it was all brought together. Felt service was a bit disjointed compared to previous times eating there.

Very enjoyable stay from the beginning to end. The reception staff were really welcoming and friendly. I had a couple of queries during my stay and they were really kind and helpful, as were the restaurant staff and service staff. Found the location really convenient and the hotel itself is really beautifully decorated. I very seldom travel solo but I would highly recommend this hotel and am already planning a return visit with my family.

Overall only positive! Only two things, one was minor and I brought it to their attention- the shower was not working properly - spraying out on the floor so made it a bit messy. The main thing I didn't like was that the swimming pool/ gym staff were not in keeping with their colleagues level of service, found them unfriendly and unhelpful when I visited twice during my stay. A let down!

Perfect location as right in town. Ease of access to great bars and restaurants. Our room was spacious and breakfast although a bit chaotic was really good.

The room decor was a bit dated. The shower over a very narrow bath was actually quite difficult to access and would not be suited to larger/taller guests. The breakfast self-serve system was very chaotic. There was a long queue for the hot breakfast.

Only told the leisure centre was closed for renovation an hour before check in. Should have been notified earlier

We were disappointed with the problem not being able to open our bedroom door ( swiping of the card to open the bedroom door.) I know its was a software problem but it was quite annoying for us since we were on the 4th floor.

Excellent location. Clean and up to date rooms with attentive staff. Good food in bar and big range of options for breakfast. Nice little leisure centre. Good base to head off to Killarney park.

Not much to moan about. Busy at breakfast but it was the time of year. Hotel parking hard to get when busy but large public CP at rear.

the closeness to town

I asked 3 times about having chocolate strawberries and happy birthday sign in the room for my boyfriend. firstly they never rang us to tell us the room was ready I had to go back and ask, they said it would be 5 mins, however we waited the bones of an hour before going up to the room and yet it still wasn’t there so I had to ring and had come to the door with the strawberries the exact same time my boyfriend came in so ruined the whole surprise to be honest after paying €15 and waiting over 2 hours

We arrived 2 hrs before check in and we were told our room was ready. The pool was nice Breakfast was nice too Location is great

Parking was limited but i got one fine
