Small table very close to other tables, hard to stretch between the tables for the guests and the staff.

i would have prefered to choose my table in one of the restaurants my self instead of beeing seeted on a table i did not apreciate to much compared to another restaurant in the hotel - during the breakfast there was no possibility to get a cappuccino (or at least it was not offered) - It was clearly to hot in the hotel

The host-hotel communication before arrival and during the stay was perfect. The afternoon buffet was pleasant. Wellness great. Staff and food great.
The only thing that really bothered us about the hotel were the dogs! There were really a lot of them, big and small. During the afternoon buffet, the dogs lay on the chairs where the guests sat. This seems very unsanitary to us. My daughter is allergic to dogs, so she got a rash right off the couch. There were dogs barking in the hallway on the floor where we lived, a very dirty dog with a bad smell was walking on the beautiful carpet in the elevator. That was very annoying. Such a pity. Pets should have their own places and people who pay a lot of money for accommodation should be clean and comfortable. After such a big (1 meter) dog, we can't imagine living in a room. For this reason we would not visit the hotel again.

Fantastic hotel. Been many times and never disappoints. Everything is perfect. I'm a biker and this place caters for my every need. Stunning location, fantastic staff.

Fantastic location especially for bikers as there are some nice curvy roads going up to the mountains. Excellent breakfast and dinner.

We had a fantastic stay in late March. The rooms were beautifully renovated, bright ad spacious (thank you for the upgrade!). The view from the balcony was breathtaking! The facilities, restaurant, spa rooms, terrasse, bar rooms, pool - everything so well designed (a nice mix of traditional and modern) for a comfortable and exceptional experience. The food was so yummy and they offered plenty of selections to choose from, at breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner. It's all in the little details like the drinks station with hot and cool teas at the spa area, and the plush bathrobes that stayed warm forever, made it all so relaxing and luxurious. The beds were super comfy too! The Gletscher area was awesome to ski, a beautiful drive, slopes not crowded and much better snow conditions.
Breakfast could be offered a bit earlier.

Hotel is located in picturesque location with nice few from windows on dramatic mountain ranges.
We had half - board pension arranged and diners were above our expectations with variety of dishes to pick from every day. Galley staff did excellent job allowing us to explore local specialities. Everything was nicely presented on a plate. Because of that our family dinners were looked forward by our kids and we had days filed with attraction's from early day hours, through skiing in Kaunertal, Fendels or Ladis and ending in the evenings.

We had a fantastic ski holiday. The location is great for reaching several ski areas within an hour by car, both 3 large ones (St. Anton, Ischgl & Serfauss-Fiss-Ladis) and some really good smaller ones.
