We were third time in this hotel and always was just perfect

This is the best hotel that I've ever stayed in!!! It was a super amazing experience!!! I will never forget . The stuff is the best, it feels that they love their job and clients so much, I have no explanation how they do it. All other hotels should learn from them. Every single person there is super friendly and professional and makes you feel a king. Complimenti!!!! The hotel, the garden and swimming pool with sea water are the best!!! They cared about my dog so much. Mauro , the waiter at the bar super thank you for the best service and for the pianist playing happy birthday for me. I would write kilometers of beautiful words and moments of you all;))My respect and admiration to all of you❤️. I'll be back;)

THE BREAKFAST WAS PERFECT, AND TRUE DISCOVER WITH THE GRDE EGGS!!! STAFF VERY EFFICIENT AND SMILY EVRY WERE, POOL, RESTAURANT, ETC.

The beach is not nice and the pool should be renovated

Amazing Hotel. Staff were attentive but not intrusive. The pool is sea water and so relaxing. The restaurant was fantastic. Short walk into town a bit hilly on the way back but doable for us oldies. The room we booked had 2 bathrooms a small balcony and a sofa lounge area. Special mention to Mauro at the bar. Remembered our name after the first night and our drinks. Great service. Will return.

the restaurant for dinner was mediocre

Good food. Nice pool and lovely views. Beautiful gardens. Breakfast was excellent.

Pool safety was lacking as no depths were marked.

The location was nice

The staff were obnoxiously behaving towards our requests. The whole purpose of them was to on-charge items to our bill.they made us pay for express laundry when we asked for an iron and later on mentioned that its breech of safety if they offer iron in the room.we paid over 50€ for 3 pieces to be ironed also they left a bottle of water in our room and they charged 20€ for it. I have attached a bill photo for proof.

The breakfast was exceptional, almost everything you can imagine you can even juice your own fruits! The pool was quite fun and pretty, the spa was nice, the massage was ok, the staff was great and friendly.

The cocktails weren’t too good for their price, at such a high price I expect them to be excellent. The snack bar was average.

Old building in which is nothing changed for century but it should. So small room with terrible wi fi signal. If you will need internet go somewhere else. Breakfast is nice and restaurant is nice. Stuff is good and quite helpful. Anyway we will think a lot for next time to come back

lobby has a wonderful ambiance. music, comfortable chairs, panoramic view - everything was just perfect.

it was as advertised with a pool but this wasn’t open
