Perfect place to relax.

Very comfortable layout of the accommodation. Good food, beautiful garden, a lot of fun for children, wonderful comfortable new houses

The water supply in our room was very weak. The water temperature in the shower cabin changed itself. Тhe water in the children's pool was very cold

Modern, well equipped suites, beautiful garden and very nice pola with a lot of attractions for children. Very good food.

The food is perfect, the quality of this hotel is so high

We liked the pool area.

The staff at breakfast and diner is too slow, you have to wait by the table with plates in your hands for someone to come and clean the table and bring you cutlery.

We enjoyed our holiday in Garden Suites Park. The resort was spacious so we didn't feel that it's too tight with many people. They cleaned the room nicely everyday. We liked the food a lot. It was not boring. They changed the taste and ingredients for one week.👍 The staff smiled and were kind. When we left at 5 a.m., they prepared the breakfast box for us. ^^ One day we will return. Thank you!!!

It was amazing - the apartment was very comfortable for the three of us, the pools and the services were very good, the staff friendly and helpful. We could easily go into Porec for an evening program, or visit the nearby restaurants.

It can't be controlled by the hotel, but the sea beach could be improved a lot. Again, nothing can be done, but all the dirt from the sea is blown to that specific part of the bay, so while the water was crystal clear next to Porec, it was opaque and muddy at this location. Also, the concrete slabs for beach with no shade or facilities is less tempting.

Just as last year, a fantastic place to stay. Enjoyed the garden apartment which sits central to all facilities. Both breakfast and dinner were of excellent quality with plenty of choice. Reception was very welcoming and did the utmost to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Although the hotel has taken all precautions with regards to Covid-19, some guests did not bother to respect even the simplest measures. Personnel could be a little stricter towards those guests, ensuring that everybody feels comfortable.

Extremally nice people (staff). We had very, VERY bad experience from 2 years ago from the others Hotels - Camps in Istria (belong to different company), Very Bad ! that`s why we expect the worse, but we have decided to and give Istria one more chance. But from the arrival till our departure we (including our children) have been treated as the "Kings" :-). We have meet extremally nice and happy people ! The most important is we did not felt that their attitude is fake or they play some role. They have been their selves and for us it was the most important. During our stay we experienced 3 problems, which have been fixed in no time and in very pleasant way, with the smile. In one of them we did not ask to do it, Hotel staff discover it and did it by themselves. For staff, manager and Person who did recruitment bravo ! The last thing, we felt safe. Security patrol the area during the day and night, during the meals in the restaurant was "floor manager" (I am sorry I do not now correct title of this person) who really control what`s going on, we have even see District Manager/Director/Manager (this is just observation), he was there and check with local director everything. That's mean the company really carry for the facilities and quality control is present. Meals: Good, tasty, it was okay. Every day it was basic (pizza, pasta, meat, salad station, fruit station, fish station etc.) + something different everyday + free drinks. Pools: Clean, Tidy - ok. Price: Adequate to quality. The most important is: this not another 3000 people place with plastic houses like other facilities on Istria, this is small (comparing to other Istrian facilities) nice, friendly hotel where after 2 days everybody knows everybody which increase safeties. The last thing: Activity Team - the most amazing People on Earth, I have no idea what they are taking, but I want the same. Always ! Energetic and Happy with the smile ! Always even after 12h shift. Amazing !

Big and massive ants walking in the Garden and Terrace, but as we find out they were absolutely harmless. They did not bite, they just walk around. Second think much worse Seagulls the were in the swimming pool, a make to the water what they usually make to the water after eating :-). But to be absolutely fair Hotel management do everything what they can to get rid of them including hiring bird control company (with falcons).

Best for kids, great food, really nice service

Doesn’t have own beach, but you can rent a bed without problems.

Everthing exeptional, staf, food all perfect.

I would just suggest to put a clock in Sauna area to be able to track time. (Not negative just space for minor improvement).
