l'ensemble de l'hôtel ressemble plutôt à un 2 étoiles. Vieille moquette au sol, mauvaises odeurs dans les couleurs. La vue sur la cour est plutôt horrible.

The cleanliness and air-conditioning was great. The staff were helpful and welcoming.

Small inconvenience only such as running out of hand soap. No big deal, I would stay there again.

I have already stayed in best western before and I complained about their cleaning, i paid almost 500 Euros for two days for this property and the same experience, If this message is viewed by someone responsible, please go and check every corner especially behind the TV, am very sure they didn't even noticed for at least one week, Please value our money and do the needful. I will continue use this app for booking for my stay and if I found same like property like yours, definitely I will sue you. Sorry to say this, if any clarification about this, I have video recording. Staff was very cooperative. I stayed with my kids and they're allergic to dust. Idint complained about this because I didn't want to waste my time.and if I do so nothing going to happen So please, value our money. Thanks Jeneesh
