the room was really nice. cleaned every day. the staff were all friendly. the spa was small only really big enough for 2 of you. it had everything though sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and pool

there was nowhere in the reception area to sit around we were upgraded when we booked to a superior room with a view that included breakfast. when we checked out we were told that breakfast was not included and we had to pay an extra 197 euros. We wouldn't have had breakfast in the hotel at that price as there are enough boulangeries in the area.

there is no airconditioning in the room! it’s super hot during summer time . had to as for a ventilator but still way too hot , very unpleasant

the room was fantastic as were the leisure facilities. leisure staff very helpful.

reception staff couldn’t speak English and gave very little detail about the hotel facilities on arrival. We were told that the restaurant was fully booked which was disappointing although fair enough. However we weren’t told that snacks could be purchased from the casino or that food may be available in the room which we might have considered as an alternative had we know. Car park was full and issue over potential double collection of room rate still to be verified/resolved.

This hotel was really central for downtown Le Harve and the sea front. free car parking was a real bonus. There was tea and coffee making facilities in the room which was topped up daily as well as free bottles of water. The free spa facilities was just a real bonus and highlight if our stay.

Nothing much but room could have done with a plug next to the full length mirror and a small sink in the separate toilet to wash your hands would have been good rather than having to go back to the bathroom.

The spa/pool area was nice and welcome due to the storm outside.

Obviously this place starts showing its age. Still quite luxerious but some details need repairs etc.

My daughter loved the pool & spa (which is the main reason we were there)

I tried on 3 separate occasions to get someone to change a 50 Euro Note for me, but this seemed to be too big a job, that nobody could manage to complete for me (tried Reception, Restaurant, Casino, and no joy) ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
