Room was to closed to the reception bar and no sun-umbrella on the balcon.

Situation, service et confort

Beautiful location on wonderful beach. The hotel is in excellent condition. Rooms are comfortably furnished and the AC was very cold.

There is no elevator and parking was not available on site.

Location is great. Interior is new, very beautiful. Rooms were renovated recently so still pretty new

Personal speaks poor English and is not that helpful, parking is not obvious, there are also places in garages but we learned about it by accident. You must pay for breakfast and room separately at 2 places. Breakfast is minimum, with fruits that are almost gone bad. Bigger pool has no sunbeds or umbrellas. See view have only a few rooms. There is no elevator and lots of stairs. Very hard with all the luggage. There are also lots of mosquitos there. Property has 4 starts but definitely not for the service

Very close to the beach. free access to gym. Beautiful room and a nice balcony. Good surroundings for walking dogs. complimentary water and welcome gift for the beach. Great breakfast (12€). Nice Italian restaurant next-door. great Place for a beach holiday, I can recommend!

The room didn’t include everything that was promised, and toiletries only included one bottle of shampoo/shower gel. Overall the room was very expensive when including the parking and a fee for pets. I personally don’t think it was That great compared to more affordable beach resorts. Initially the hotel wanted to charge an extra €250 for the dogs for only five days, which I thought was absurd, but after my request lowered it to €150.

The host Juan was very friendly. We like specially the garden. Rest was good as well. Quite and peacefully.

The staff were all really nice and friendly even though they seemed to work all hours of the day and night, always met with a smile and were very helpful, especially the young man on the front desk. The bedding was lovely and the room was always very clean even though we had lots of stuff for the baby. They gave us a loan of an iron and ironing board for the week which was very kind for free. The pools were great and my husband made great use of the gym everyday.

Firstly there was no lift and to be classed as a 4* anything with ground floor plus two floors should have a lift. We got told over email that the parking in the lot next to the hotel was free and we ended up having to pay 64€ for a day and a half, we swiftly moved it out to the street side which was free but not secure as promised. The quality of the food changed vastly from the first night to the third and dishes we ordered being the same thing came out completely different. The lighting in the room was awful it was so dark you couldn’t see in the wardrobe. The hairdryer would stop working after 30 seconds. The safety deposit box was too small for anything to actually fit in. The scrambled eggs were always over cooked and the bacon undercooked. There was no available savoury snacks between meal times. The shower was only hot for the first 30 seconds then went like warm. There were no coffee and tea facilities in the room. All of these things are things you would expect from a 4* hotel. If it had said it was 3*, which I expect it has probably been classed as in the past, then I would have expected this level and probably would have looked elsewhere for a real 4* place. None of these things, except the food, are of any fault of the staff and they really do work hard.

We absolutely loved this beautiful hotel. The location was fabulous, only metres from the beach, and within walking distance of the port, a funfair and so many activities for families. The beach is beautiful and big, so that it didn't feel crowded. The two swimming pools are great and so clean. The decor of the hotel is gorgeous, and everything was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was fab. The staff were so nice, always smiling and helpful. The ground floor rooms have big terraces with a lovely swing. I loved this place!!

Not much to complain about! Wifi was not always reliable.

Access to beach, slightly miss leading as you have to walk through the car park, not parklands..also the beach bar is not part of the hotel so guests have to pay for loungers...otherwise it was very nice but a bit over priced in our opinion...saying that we really enjoyed our two night stay..

As always there is one member of staff that has an attitude in this case it was a receptionist who we luckily We only encountered on our last day .
