The first room they gave us smelled of drains

We stayed 1 night on our way back from vacation. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was very good. The sound insulation of the rooms is not very good. You should definitely visit the city of Avignon. Although it is not ideal for a long stay, it is good for a short stay. I can say that it is a price/performance hotel.

Toilet and Shower like in sheep, not for family and for the prise we paid.

Bed is very uncomfortable, the sheets are so old and so ratty.

this place does NOT have 24 hour desk service, it's a machine check-in that does not work. When I called the phone number for help no one answered the phone.

The receptionist called Vasim was very helpful and pleasant, he speaks good English and he told us where is the best place to go in Avignon. The hotel is not in the city center, but still the location is nice. Great choice for this money. Small room but everything is there.

Perfectly acceptable for the price. Good parking, decent location for evening dinners, etc. As expected.

Breakfast was pretty basic.

No attendant on duty after 6. pm complicated system to get in the front door after hours. Should have sent the front door code.

We likęs to have a separate entrance. It has good to have caro near the room👍

The floor was dietų, the toilet fush was broken.🙁

Free parking, comfortable bed, good shower, good WiFi, away from traffic noise, ok breakfast. Entertaining cat at breakfast.

Floor in our room was a bit sticky, stains on bedsheets. No one on reception after 9pm.
