Essen war spektakulär, Hygiene war hervorragend - es roch überall außergewöhnlich gut, Spa-Bereich gut ausgestattet, Zimmer war noch schöner & gemütlicher als erwartet. Personal nett & zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Alles in allem hat der Aufenthalt alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Wasser in der Dusche brauchte ungewöhnlich lang um warm zu werden - was für uns nicht weiter schlimm war.

Das Abendessen war wirklich außergewöhnlich gut. Ich hatte inklusive Frühstück und Abendessen bebucht und war von der Qualität und dem Geschmack des Abendessens positiv überrascht. So gut habe ich in den meisten 5 Sterne Hotels nicht gegessen. Das Personal beim Frühstück und Abendessen war in den ersten Tagen wirklich außergewöhnlich gut, schnell und sehr freundlich. Der Spa Bereich ist super. Wenn es noch ein Außenbecken gegeben hätte, wäre es nahezu perfekt gewesen.
Die Liegewiese vor dem Indor-Schwimmbad ist leider etwas leer und zu offen zum Haupteingang des Hotels und dem danebenliegenden Parkplatz gestaltet. Hier würden ein paar Bäume und hohe Sträucher zur Abgrenzung für mehr Privatsphäre sorgen.
Der Tisch bzw der Sitzplatz in dem Restaurantbereich den man mir und meinem Sohn zugewiesen hatte war leider in seiner Position sehr unglücklich und nicht besonders schön. Ich würde sagen es war der schlechteste Tisch, der in den Räumlichkeiten zur Verfügung stand.
Direkt gegenüber der Küche, ich konnte dem Personal bei jedem Eintreten und Herauskommen zusehen, begleitet von der auf- und zugehenden Schiebetür.
Das war schade. Zudem dieser Platz für den gesamten Aufenthalt in Stein gemeißelt gewesen ist und wir zwangsläufig immer den gleichen Platz hatten.

The hotel is generally excellent. Good breakfast and dinner in the evening. Nice staff. The room was big and clean, beds were comfortable. Good spa area and pool. Big ski depot. The hotel is not close to a ski lift, but great shuttle service from the hotel to a ski lift in the morning and back in the afternoon.
The hotel does not have any play area or room for children, a drawback for families traveling with young children.

We had half board and both breakfast and dinner were fantastic. We could choose dinner from 4 options, there always were vegetarian and fish, we really enjoyed food in the hotel. Wellness and pool were the best we visited until now, different saunas, resting area very comfortable and quiet. You could make hot tea if you wanted, dried fruit were available. The city itself was very nice, so all together we were so happy to be there. Parking at the hotel parking, free of charge.
I would welcome daily dish menu in English, but we managed to use google translator.

There was a large group of 3 cars and they switched to buffet instead of table service. the dinner with buffet was quite disappointing, food was not hot and every business cantine in Switzerland is serving better food.
The starter and salad buffet was fine.

All but 2 of the staff were ignorant and rude, Croatian fella serving us was sound. dinner was nice but portions too small. went with a group of young men and the staff tried to make it as awkward for us as possible so stay away if you’re going with a big group of 23/24 year olds

We liked the steam bath because it's like a secret cave. In fact most of the people didn't even discover the cave because they didn't look closely enough.
The dinner was very good and especially the desert was delicious.
