Clean room, comfortable bed, great breakfast, and friendly staff

No fans, no A/C. It was extremely hot during our stay mid July

Reception on arrival wasn't good we arrived late and did not have local currency. They were not understanding and were will to cancel our booking. It caused a lot of stress. We were judged based on previous experience. The temperature was high in the rooms

This hotel claimed that they provided 24hour front desk service and luggage storage. However, when I want to store my luggage there after I checked out, they said the staff will off at 2pm so no one will be there anymore. They required me to take my luggage back by 2pm. This is nonsense. More worst is, at 12pm they called me back and asked me to take my luggage back immediately as they are off now. I don’t understand what they are doing….Plus, the Wi-Fi connection is so bad. I won’t recommend this hotel

Location is great, but is with a price, here's no dedicated parking really, but there are plenty of opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Breakfast is actually quite good in comparison with usual offering in Austria. Room was huge and nicely quiet.

Room was huge, but come on. 4 people room with 2 chairs for sitting? No sofa, nothing else than two chairs. There appears to be something wrong with the room maintenance. One of the lamps didn't work, water tap was leaking between the handle and body, ventilation in the bathroom didn't seem do really anything else than noise, sewery stink in the bathroom even after letting water to run. This just gives a little bad impression of the whole place for the price. Lights in the room were incredibly dim. Temperature in the room was pretty low, even if radiators were set at full. Well under 20degrees. Not sure if this is because of energy saving, but still, it starts to be a bit on the limit. Interior of the room was quite aged. Not that uncommon in Austria, but it all has seen its best days. Looks like at least the TV wasn't turned on since the daylight saving ended, which was almost 1,5 months ago. Wonder if the room has been empty since..

Nice hotel, clean, big rooms, friendly staff, excellent location, carpark nearby at very good price (probably best in town),

The only thing that annoyed me was the vending machine that got my water stuck.. I got it in the morning, but.. I would have liked it in the evening 😁 (this might be just my bad luck - whenever I buy something from a vending machine, in 90% of the cases my purchase gets stuck)
