Beds were comfortable. Location was quiet. The place is well kept, nice and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The pillows weren't comfortable. There was no shower caps provided.

The room cleanliness and size was excellent, bedding comfortable, wifi worked well and location in town was within short walking distance of the sites.

Large and very cosy. Super friendly staff. Right in the old town.

Our bed was on the mezzanine floor and with the heating on downstairs for our children it got stuffy upstairs. But not a show stopper.

there are spider web in the room elsewhere. they have microwave in their kitchen but they prohibited to use microwave for even their guest.

Fantastic duplex room

Great location in the old centre of town; spacious family room under the old rafters. Rooms very clean and hotel is well organised. Lovely breakfast and helpful staff.

No air conditioning!

The location is relatively good. You do need to walk a bit, but not much, to reach most places, and the neighbourhood is pretty. Also, one of the best breweries is right across the street (but closed on Mon and Tue). The rooms are spacious, even if ours (4-person) was also a bit austere. Relatively quiet, given the somewhat busy at times street. Breakfast is varied.

The beds were designed for elephants. So hard that one wakes to cramped muscles. The toilet seat was curiously high.. an average height person is left with legs dangling. The breakfast is a strange show. They time your breakfast by the hour, instead of giving finer grained slots and then they book full the small breakfast room... and stress the need to stand at attention at the exact hour. Meaning there is a mad dash at the very small serving tables by everyone at the same time. Small area, no ventilation, no masks. A miracle if there isn't a covid super spreader event daily. But also irritating to navigate the melée. Just allow 15 min timings and people will be happier. Very few eat longer than 30 mins. The personnel could maybe be a bit less meticulous on the surface and dictating down to guests to a lesser degree. Could be lack of English skills too, at least for some. Leaves a bit sterile impression at odds with the romanticism you want to attach to a historical building.

Excellent Hotel, great service, beautiful rooms!

We chose to have breakfast at the hotel but did not know a reservation was required. we could not sit as a family to have breakfast and had to eat at different times.
