Great location for the Pompeii ruins and also very close to the train station for onward travel. Reception staff were very helpful and reception is staffed 24 hours which is great after a late or delayed flight. Family room with a double and two singles was great for our family and the room was spacious.

Breakfast was ok but could have been a lot better. The range of food available was not as varied as we're used to seeing. The breakfast room had plenty of space though to enjoy your meal.

Location of Hotel Diana is excellent, very close to one of the Pompeii train stations and only 10 minutes from the ruins. Room was large and beds were decent. Being on a side street it was quite quiet overnight. Staff were very friendly and gave a good recommendation for a restaurant for dinner. Loved the outdoor garden where you could eat breakfast under orange and lemon trees! Breakfast was basic but very good - toast, cakes, yogurt, coffee, etc.

Pillows were very flat (though that seems to be everywhere in Italy!)

Town center but at an extremely quiet spot ( No through traffic) .Claudia ,Alessandro and Anita real professionals .This was our second enjoyable visit.

Terrific location by train station and short walk to ruins. Lots of restaurants close by. Accommodated is last minute after @nolana86 cancelled the same night upon arrival. Thank goodness for Hotel Diana!

Friendly responsive staff made check in a pleasure. Location was perfect, near the train station and the archeological park. Breakfast was very nice.

Cooling system was not very effective. Staff checked it, but it did not improve. Fortunately it was cool enough outside so that this was not a big problem.

Perfect location . Close to the main train station , the Town Centre , the POMPEI SCAVI . it s possibile to walk everywhere . Located close to nice restaurants in a calm and quite area. Delicious Oranges trees on the parking area . Staff very nice and polite. they organized for us the perfect day out at Pompei scavi

The town of Pompei is quaint and the hotel was very reflective of the town. The staff were extremely friendly, the room was extremely clean, the location was excellent for the centre of the town and the central train station. Altogether excellent value for money.

There could have been a better selection for breakfast............

So many things. Where to start? The location is perfect. Hotel Diana is just a minutes walk from Pompeii (Trenitalia) railway station. Located on a small road, it is quite yet only two minutes, or less, from a multitude of bars and restaurants. The hotel is also only ten minutes level walk from the amphitheatre entrance to the Pompeii ruins. So, it really couldn't be better positioned. Hotel Diana is extremely clean, the breakfast is great and the staff are all very pleasant. Rooms are small and simple but have everything you need. There is a bar where you can get a coffee in the evening if you don't want to go out. It's a great hotel and my wife and I were so pleased that we picked it.

Location was perfect. Room as expected - clean, plenty of space, basic but was only there for sleeping and bathroom!

Breakfast was a little bit of a let down. One morning the croissants ran out. And the coffee was at best tepid - surely hot coffee is a basic need! Apart from that, lovely stay, would stay again.

Conveniently located just off one of the main shopping/dining streets. Walking distance from the ruins. Private parking lot a big bonus for those arriving by car.

The location is very good, in the heart of Pompei and nearby lots of restaurant, the main Cathedral and bars. Staff friendly and organized, very attentive to your needs and requests. The room is very clean and comfortable. Very good intercontinental breakfast. Will definitely go back if in Pompei again

Only two things pillows are a bit too hard and thin walls, I was able to hear people from the nearby room talking on the phone, plus any kind of noise, not their fault of course, but maybe something can be done to make the rooms a little bit more soundproof.

Excellent location if you are arriving at Pompei Station. Near to restaurants, the main square and entrance to the ruins.

Coffee and milk sachets would be good to have in the rooms.

The bed was Uncomfotable. One window would not close completely, and it was street side.

Very nice staff. Comfy bed. Clean room. Aircon. Good breakfast. Great location close to main sights and restaurants. Nice terrace.
