Servizio ed accoglienza impeccabili. La gentilissima direttrice/proprietaria è in grado di provvedere, con estrema gentilezza, a qualsiasi bisogno o necessità. Si puoi usufruire di un 10% di sconto per le terme di Merano prenotandole tramite l’hotel e si possono comodamente acquistare i biglietti del bus che ferma alla fine della via. Colazione eccezionale, dal dolce al salato, tutto fatto in casa: torte, pane ai cereali, marmellate. Una location tranquilla, a contatto con la natura. Pulizia eccellente. Camere comode con moltissime superfici d’appoggio (che spesso mancano). Riassetto della camera e servizio durante la colazione al pari di un 5 stelle, grazie alle bravissime ed attente collaboratrici! consiglio fortemente!

In camera da letto cambierei il quadro Ikea con una tela/dipinto più autentico e caratteristico. Aggiungere una mensola all’interno dell doccia.

Lovely hotel on a beautiful spot. It stole my heart. Just like Merano it is a magic place to be. Especcialy when you a a nature lover. Wonderfull trees flowers and birds are all over. Owner and staff are realy nice people. Breakfast I must say 5 stars! Get back next year for sure.

It should be kept a secret. Tell no one. Keep it to yourself.

Die ruhige Lage, die herzliche Begrüßung und nette Art der Chefin. Das üppige Frühstück mit selbst gebackenen Brot und der vielen selbst hergestellten Produkte wie Marmeladen, Säften und Kuchen.

Lovely location very accessible from the town centre by bus and very close to the botanical gardens. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we had a very large balcony. We didn't use the sauna or the hot tub but the pool was lovely. The real star of the show, however, was the superb breakfast!

Charming staff. Traditional property overlooking vineyards. Excellent breakfast on the balcony. Bus stop outside the entrance.

Super friendly staff who make you feel very welcome. Superb breakfast on the common area balcony. Nice pool to swim some lanes. Free car parking at the hotel in a super quiet area. Walking distance to city centre (ca. 25min) - very clean rooms and comfortable bed plus own balcony - even though not the newest syle furniture, but all functioning very well. Super price for value. We would go again!
