Estaba limpio, todo bastante nuevo y el trato del personal muy amable.

Se escuchaba un poco el ruido de la calle porque estábamos en la planta baja. Por otro lado, el agua de la ducha se salía hacia el resto del baño. Por ello, recomiendaría pedir que limpiasen la habitación los días de estancia, ya que te dan la opción al hacer el check in (nosotros no lo pedimos porque pensamos que para dos noches tampoco haría falta).

Quartos mínimos e sem qualquer espaço para colocar as malas, a roupa ou o que quer que seja. Casas de banho muito pequenas e velhas. E mal limpas. Limpeza bastante má.

Good central location and easy to get around by foot. Room was relatively clean and mattress nice and firm.

The shower drain stank. The breakfast was in a cafe across the street but there was no variety in the food- toast with toppings. The staff knowledge about tourist attractions could improve.

L'accès à l'hôtel en voiture lorsque l'on ne connait pas les obligations de circulation dans le centre : très difficile ! Communiquer un itinéraire avec plan pour le client qui vient en voiture ?

The location was great because it was very close to the city center and only half an hour's walk to the Alhambra.

Sadly it wasn't possible to switch off the lights separately.

Located in the city centre and easy to reach on foot. The night porter was very polite and helpful. The wi-fi connection worked properly.

The room was smaller than it seemed in the pictures. Overall, the cleanse was more than superficial (I had to ask even for bathroom essentials). The air-conditioning was not dimmable.

Nice location, close to the most interesting places in Granada, like the cathedral Excellent communication with staff members. They've been very helpful. The room was clean and quiet. Even if it was a little bit too small we had everything we needed.

Breakfast, as we knew was in a different place near the hotel. Unfortunately it wasn't satisfying. Only a few kinds of a simple piece of bread with different toppings (tomatoes, ham, cheese or jam) and 1 drink (coffee or cappuccino). Even if the room had fully working air conditioning we didn't have any remote. Then we didn't have the possibility to regulate temperature based on our needs.

Extremely well located in the city centre and the staff were very accommodating. The lockers where we left our luggage on the last day were very useful too.

This property is right in the middle of town. Buses run just outside. We had a superior room on the ground floor. Extremely comfortable and very clean. Bathroom was spacious and had a shower in the bath. We also had private parking which I thought was expensive at 19Euro a day.

We did not have a window in our room just curtains which were hiding a frosted window facing all the air-conditioning in a well. Also the room was a bit cramped and could only accommodate one chair. For an overnight stay, it's fine but we were there for 5 nights and it felt a little claustrophobic for a superior room

Very friendly staff, parking garage (19€ per day additionally - but common in Andalusia) 150m from hotel, room perfect for a few nights, all sights in walking distance.

Nothing that would bother me but can be mentioned: soap for washing hands in the bathroom would be great and yes, you can hear some noises from the corridor sometimes (other guests closing their door, chambermaids working) but nothing to not recommend the accommodation.

Perfect location, nice and clean apartment all equipped for cooking and enjoying the place after visiting the city. We stayed for two nights but I could stay there for a year and feel comfortable. Very kind and attentive staff.
