Very good location, a couple of minutes walk from main square. We travel by motorbike, the hotel has its own garage. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable queen size bed.

Staff were helpful and room was comfortable. Enjoyed the roof terrace.

On exiting the underground parking the lift would not work. This was quite stressful but staff dealt quickly with the problem.

We had no blanket, doona or mattress protector on our bed. The foyer is drab, dark and the hotel bar was not functioning and looked like it hadn't been for some time. This is NOT a four star hotel. It is an adequate two to three star hotel. The pricing is outrageous.

2 minutes walk from fabulous historic city centre with lots to see and enjoy walking around.

Well located to explore the historic center. if you get a room facing the yard, it is quiet.

But in the morning the ventilation starts running in the yard.

rooms a bit small for a 4 star hotel

I booked this hotel because it has (seemingly) 4 stars. I'm not expert of stars, but the hotel has no restaurant (only to breakfast) and no bar (the bar is closed permanently), np option to coffee or hot drink in the room, so no option to coffee in the hotel. We stayed at a premium room which supposed to be large, but the pictures on booking and the hotel sites are misleading and the room is not so big and very uncomfortable.

There were decent breakfast options. The location is great, very close to the old city. The terrace has a great view. The staff was helpful and polite. The room was clean comfortable, as well as the bathroom.

Everything was ok.

Central location if you are visiting Caceres. Breakfast was good, paid parking available on premises. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean and appeared to have had been recently refurbished.

The underground parking garage is accessible via a relatively compact vehicle elevator, that may be a tight fit if you have a large vehicle. Some of the room fittings were a little tired, could do with a refresh.

The staff was very polite. The location is nice and has a private parking (although a bit expensive).

The air quality in the rooms was not great. Had some trouble getting to sleep because of that.

What a lovely hotel right in the centre of caseres. Brilliant staff who were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Great room with a terrace with amazing views.
