Everything except the pool..

It was excellent. They upgraded us to a spacious room. The staff were very polite, helpful and kind.

First we booked for the Myconian Imperial but when we got there they put us on the Myconian Villas...nice and modern hotel. Very friendly staff. The room was very nice and clean with a wonderful view. The breakfast was good. it is far from the village but the hotel has a daily bus service already included in the rate, which is good.

This is hotel was such a disappointment. Overpriced. Not particularly clean. I don't mind paying for a fabulous experience but this is hotel is not that, not the food, not the services and not the staff.
It is beautifully designed so if you want somewhere for a good Instagram pic, that is all this hotel has to offer.
Our room wasn't clean around the sink in the bathroom and the toilet at reception was very dirty.
Most of the staff obviously didn't want to be there, you could see they were finding it hard to keep the fake smiles on their faces
We were there for five full days and two of those days they closed the pool early with only an hours notice
We had to check in with reception FIVE times to confirm our taxi to the airport.
Don't eat dinner here, overpriced for not good quality food. 5 EURO for one small bread roll. 17 EURO for seafood soup...it was carrot broth with one prawn, one mussle, one cockle and one tiny piece of fish. Drinks are also obviously ridiculously overpriced!
90 EURO for a very bog standard manicure. They pulled the prices out of thin air!
No tea and coffee facility in the rooms, this is basic in any hotel room.

The whole facility was beautiful! It all felt very luxurious. The pool area was amazing and the fact that they offer complimentary shuttles to the port and to Mykonos city was amazing!!
The bed's mattress could have been better but really everything was wonderful

I liked the staff.
The breakfast was very bland had no true breakfast to say we had breakfast in Greece. Very costly for no reason. The hotel transpiration says online every 2 hour into town but the bus was never on time and made me miss lots of dinner reservations and different appointment made. The first room given to us was very disappointing nothing was working from the tv to the lights the ac. I think it was defiantly over priced beyond words. For a hotel with no heated pools. And a jacuzzi that wasn’t heated as well.

The view was amazing, it was close to the beach with shuttle services to Mykonos downtown.
The reception didn’t treat us very well. they are not flexible and do not communicate like they are a 5 star hotel. They should be more nice and handle customers with care as we payed great amounts of money for this stay!

This property is so serene and peaceful! The entire hotel is breathtaking and the services are flawless. Location is right on the beach and you have access to private beach umbrellas. The breakfast is delicious and views at breakfast were such a bonus. All the hotel staff were so friendly and professional and the shuttle service into Mykonos town was very convenient given the location of this hotel. I will definitely be coming back to stay at the Mykonian hotel collection during my next trip to Mykonos!

the hotel is great the staff is very friendly!
housekeeping forgot to make the room, twice! when it was made, they forgot to replace the towels or toiletries! this was enough to ruin the good time we just had at the pool!

Service and are tires were exceptional and the complementary shuttle service into Mykonos town and to/from the airport was an added bonus. Breakfast buffet was outstanding.
There is not much around the hotel other than the beach and a couple of restaurants. If you want something livelier you need to go into Mykonos town. But we chose this property for it being on the quiet part of the island.

Simply outstanding. Plenty varied and delicious for a gourmet and enough for a gourmand. Attention to cleanliness was outstanding. Staff superb. Views amazing.

Rooms and view
Half board is not that. Half the menu is with supplement. Even drinking water is extra!! Food good but no choice of restaurants. Shuttle to town infrequent

The amazing view 😍
They weren’t prepared for a full capacity of people in the hotel. The beds at the pool area were all taken and they didn’t have enough towels for all the guests!!
