Hotel molto accogliente, stanze molto pulite, buona colazione e posizione ottima. Ottimi i servizi, l’hotel offre il mini club per i bambini e sul loro sito si trovano tante informazioni sulle attività da fare nelle vicinanze

Il servizio del ristorante dovrebbe migliorare perché non è al livello di tutto il resto

Room Furniture outdated

Location was good, rooms big, reception staff fabulous, place a bit dated and needs some attention, did not distract from our stay (5 motorbikes). Choose to eat in restaurant, wish I had not! However, the issues were resolved in the morning with reception and they could not be more helpful and apologetic. Their chef cost them a poor review. Yes we’d go back because the reception staff were so good and listened.

Restaurant brought out cold food, I complained, took it away, microwaved it, brought it back, further fork full I said tastes awful. Chef came to table and blamed waiting staff for taking too long to serve instead of owning the issue and apologising. Clearly poor protocol in the kitchen. Only the chef caused the issues.

unfortunately the noise at night was bad kids running around echos in the halls struggled to sleep but would stay again in a quieter part of the hotel

the location is amazing.. the lake is soo nice..the staff are really friendly. the reception, very helpful and organise our car to the skii.. she is very helpful.. she saved our trip as we did not have car to drive around.. luckily she helped us book the driver for both days.. the manager wearing suit in the bar also very nice, the waiter help us a lot too.. the waiter serve us during lunch time and breakfast.. he is exellent…

The breakfasts exceeded all expectations. Great selection of pastries, cakes and other sweet treats. Eggs, hard boiled and scrambled and bacon with choice of toast were welcome as was cheese and salami. Juice and a variety of coffees as well as tea and hot chocolate all delicious. some fruit was available as well.

bed was a little uncomfortable. an errant spring was pokey, otherwise lovely fresh air and a good nights sleep.
