The view was amazing. Apartment was nice and bright, roomy and air con/fans worked well which made our stay comfortable. Pool was also lovely.

The Venetian blinds in the master bedroom did not block out the lights from the pool area at night which was annoying. Recommend installing better blinds.

Comfortable apartment with great air-conditioning...and believe me, you need this in Palm Cove. It was spacious. We were on the first level and had a view of the ocean. Very good location. Right next door to the best coffee shop in town. VERY clean. The staff were very helpful. We did have some issues when we stayed and they sorted everything out, so I have scored this as if nothing happened. We were woken up the first morning by the sound of tiles being removed in an adjacent apartment...very loud jackhammering. We enquired as to how long the work was going on and as it was going to be happening our entire holiday, so we decided to move accommodation. The Villa Paradiso staff and manager, Karyn, were very understanding and refunded all our money straight away. We felt like valued customers.

I can understand why one of the apartments was being renovated as the kitchen and bathroom were a bit dated. I recommend to ask about any planned renovations before booking. Not all apartments have lift access so if you have mobility issues that would prevent you walking stairs, make sure you notify them beforehand.
