Mi è piaciuto tutto e tornerò sicuramente per trascorrere più giorni. Accoglienza, gentilezza e attenzione ai dettagli sono i loro punti di forza. Colazione abbondante e con prodotti di qualità. Giardino curatissimo con sdraio a disposizione. Tutto molto positivo.

Struttura accogliente e personale estremamente disponibile e attento ai dettagli. Situato in una zona tranquilla appena fuori dal centro, bella view sulle montagne. Sono celiaca e mi hanno offerto delle ottime soluzioni per la colazione (torte fatte in casa).

Camere in alcune ore della giornata un po’ fredde.

Bellissimo hotel in una zona tranquilla a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Ponte e dalle risalite per le piste da sci. L'hotel dispone di parcheggio esterno e di garage con accesso diretto alla ski room, molto comodo al ritorno dalla giornata di sci. Camera molto spaziosa, arredata con gusto, pulizia impeccabile, letti comodi e bellissima vista sulle montagne. La colazione, a buffet nelle giornate con maggiore affluenza e servita al tavolo altrimenti, ha prodotti selezionati con cura, con buonissime torte fatte in casa. Il personale dell'hotel estremamente gentile, accoglienza perfetta

SIAMO TORNATI PRESSO QUESTA STRUTTURA CHE CI AVEVA LASCIATO IL UN BELLISSIMO RICORDO DOPO UN SOGGIORNO CON I BAMBINI DI QUALCHE ANNO FA. OGGI IN COPPIA SENZA FIGLI ABBIAMO POTUTO APPREZZARE ANCORA DI PIÙ L’ESTREMA PULIZA E CURA PER I DETTAGLI DELLA STRUTTURA, LA CORTESIA E L’ATTENZIONE ALLE NOSTRE ESIGENZE DEI PROPRIETARI, SEMPRE PRESENTI MA CON GRANDE DISCREZIONE. RICORDAVAMO LA TRANQUILLITÀ DELL’HOTEL, DA TEMPO NON RIPOSAVAMO COSÌ BENE..QUESTA PAUSA DALLA ROUTINE QUOTIDIANA DELLA CITTÀ CI SERVIVA PROPRIO. LA VISTA SULLE MONTAGNE INNEVATE DA CARTOLINA, IL CIELO BLU E IL SOLE, FORSE ANCHE L’ALLEGRIA DELLA CASETTA PER GLI UCCELLINI DAVANTI ALLA NOSTRA FINESTRA HANNO POI RESO UN MOMENTO INDIMENTICABILE IL RISVEGLIO E LA NOSTRA FAVOLOSA COLAZIONE. TORNEREMO PRESTO CON GRANDE PIACERE.

ok so here's what happened...i get to that hotel after driving for 6hours and a half under the rain on my motorcycle in the dolomites(just for you to get an idea of the wind and cold) no matter what i write over here, it won't be enough to describe how supportive and helpful the hotel owner and his receptionists were... i got to their place freezing my ass off, couldn't even get my gloves off(to this point my hand was numb from the cold), and had to spend the next day in the hotel fixing my bike...they helped me in every possible manner! I am really grateful to have been in such a place that day as i got everything i needed Hands down!

Great location, wonderful view of the mountains, walking distance to town. Very nice owners, fresh, home made cake every morning at the buffet. Free and ample parking

The Hotel has a Sauna, and it advertises it. The charge for using it is however €14,- per person per request.

Overall - it was a great stay again (it was my second time in this hotel). Everything was perfect and above the expectations. Hotel is located in a quiet beautiful location (with great view of the mountains and valley), in a close distance to town's promenade with a variety of shops and restaurants. Personnel is super positive, friendly and helpful. Room was extra clean, towels were changed every day. Breakfasts were very tasteful and diversified. We all loved staying in this hotel and would like to come there again!
