Food was unreal! The room was beautiful, I came with my Pomeranian and we were upgraded to a courtyard room! So special 😊 spa was lush as well. 10/10

great location, beautiful grounds, room was so comfy and inviting and the staff were all exceptional
the lobby was being renovated so you had to use some awful stairs to get in and out but once that is done and you can enter at street level there is nothing I didn’t like

For the price and expectation we had of the hotel, the service of the staff wasn’t good. The breakfast menu was average. The evening menu was not generous either.

Room was amazing, very clean., Receptionist helpful.
Restaurant option for vegan,or vegetarian I didn't like cheese and I was serve asparagus only for £26.00s no other option given. I order chips in the end.,It was supposed to be special meal celebrating an occasion.They still charged full price. Never eating there again,it spoil the night.

Hotel location is excellent on the royal crescent, probably best located hotel in Bath. Very quiet but still central and walkable to everything. Great breakfast and pretty gardens. We enjoyed our treatments at the spa, which has good facilities - a nice saltwater pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub.
Unfortunately we were put in a room above the restaurant which was undergoing renovation. This was very noisy and I believe the hotel did not expect that / it was due to be completing. They did give us a discount on the final bill which we appreciated. The hotel had many good points as listed above and we’d probably come back at a later date.
