The accommodation was great, the bungalow was very modern and comfortable with everything you needed and more. Everywhere was clean, modern and well maintained. The staff were excellent and the food in the restaurant was very nice. There was a lovely little beach only a 15 min walk away. The loungers by the pool were very luxurious and comfortable. loved everything about it.

I didn’t find the bed very comfortable.

The pool is lovely and the water is really clear. It's also a massive bonus that, whatever time you arrive at the pool, there are plenty of sunbeds and you can find shade. The sunbeds are also of very high quality and sturdy. The sunbed covers also make them really comfortable. The apartment is very well appointed with dishwasher tabs, washing powder, shampoo, soap, washing up liquid, pegs for the line and it's great to have the dishwasher and washing machine. The bed linen is of very high quality and the beds are really comfortable. I like the fact that the wardrobes have lights in them. We enjoyed the range of entertainment in the evening and found the quiz nights to be really entertaining and fun: please extend our thanks to the gentleman who runs the quiz who is really nice and friendly. It's great there is a 24hr reception and the staff are exceptional: friendly and speak perfect English which, is great as we wouldn't get far with my rudimentary Spanish!

The only thing that is disappointing is that the umbrella is too tall to open under the canopy on the patio so, shade is scarce.

Everything was perfect .. could not find any faults

Positives: The house was nice, 2 bedrooms (1 king, 1+1), 2 bathrooms (1 shower, 1 tub), quite big living room and good kitchen with VERY good utensils (coffee maker, toaster, oven, dishwasher, etc). Up to now the best equipped kitchen on Canary Islands (6x). The whole setup (gated area, entrance only with card) with the individual houses (2 apps each) is very nice. Also the 2 pools were ok, salt water, heated. The house was cleaned every 3 days (1x bed linen, 2x towels) in a good quality. The interiour was nicely furbished. Pool towels - 1Eur/day/towel.

!The facility is under reconstruction! Please be aware that it's rather noisy. 5m from our house, there was a big load of construction rubbish, and the parking could not be used the whole time we were there. On the top, the workers start at 8:00 with noise, walking with trolley 3 meters from the terrace which is not appropriate and is quite uncomfortable. They work also through Saturday, so no long sleeping! We were assured by the reception that there will be NO noise, but this was a lie. One day the drilling and flex cutting happened 5 metres from the pool with big cloud of dust, lasting more than 30 minutes. All guests had to leave the pool area. This issue was addressed by us, politely responded from the reception, but of course the construction work continued. Restaurant: I would give 5/10, if you don't have to please don't eat here. There are plenty of options out there. Pool area: We were twice informed by the poolmaster, 30 minutes before the closing (18:30) that they will close the pools. During our stay, we got this information more than 5 times, it was very annoying. 1 hour before closing the poolmaster starts to clean the pool beds, etc - annoying as hell. House: we had always ants in the kitchen

Excellent villas within gated complex. This was our 4th visit. Very good restaurant facilities.

Some updating is needed in the future - though understand that this is planned.

The villa was very spacious, comfortable and well-equipped for our group. We enjoyed the pool area and particularly the restaurant, where very good food was served by delightful staff.

The shower cubicles in 2 of the 4 bathrooms were rather poorly designed, resulting in water leakage. Not sure that the amount of crockery and glasses would be enough for a houseful of 8/10 guests. Some of the live entertainment was rather poor quality.

Loved almost everything about the property. Very comfortable, well maintained and excellent staff.

Only thing that was not up to the standard I expected were the bath towels. They were small and thin. On the other hand the pool towels were large and soft. The other way around would be better!

A little to near a busy road with traffic noise. our apartment also faced the carpark and the road so our terrace wasn’t very inviting

A good 20mins walk to beach and seafront but taxis were available and very reasonable
