Unhelpful staff. Not interested in seeing if early check in was possible. Hard to locate anyone to perform check out. When they did arrive no apology.

Intriguing access and then for fit people only! some of the rooms. But we were at least able to get lost with our friends accommodated on the same floor! Lift to high floor then walk down 2 floors

Perfect location overlooking the port and within walking distance of bars, restaurants and shops. We booked the contemporary comfort rooms and our friends were upgraded to the superior room adjoining ours (21) which was excellent. The buffet breakfast was good, everything lovely and fresh. We ate in one of their restaurants, lovely meal, they even placed a candle on my fiends dessert as it was her birthday. All the staff in both hotel, restaurant and bar were helpful and friendly.

Although there is parking directly opposite the hotel, you need a blue disc and keep changing every hour 09-19hrs. We managed to buy one in the tabac close by. Would be good if the hotel supplied these or had some kind of agreement with the authorities for longer parking times. Not too bad in November but must be different to park in high season.

Lovely hotel, great furniture, central venue but can get noisy on the streets in the night.

we arrived on friday and we’re disturbed by the loud voices and music outside which went on into the early morning hours.

Great large room (superior family room, 1 double, 1 single bed) with balcony overlooking the port. Comfy beds, nice linen, nespresso, tv and reclining chair…Beautifully decorated, quiet when windows closed. Bathroom nice but poor shower and wc a bit tatty. Otherwise 10/10 and highly recommended. Very helpful staff and very pleasant and friendly. Location brilliant and lots of bars, shops, restaurants etc very close.

Bathroom was clean but a bit tired. No parking (but free parking opposite for 1 hour then longer term free parking 5 mins walk away)

Old building with charactet. Located on the harbourside

Bike storage. We had to negotiate the outside bar and then carry our bike up about 5 steps into v small outside area. Not ideal with heavy electric bikes. Breakfast area far too small. Difficult to move around between tables without disturbing other guests.

good central location at the port. staff member called tiffan was very friendly & helpful , making sure we had everything we needed.

the maitre D in the restaurant attached to the hotel had a very brusque manner which made you feel unwelcome . there was an amusement fair set up in the town around the port area, which blocked the view of the port from the hotel & surrounding restaurants & detracted from the experience of the town.

Very petite shower, stained tiles. All-night revellers keep you up. No maid service "because of covid" was disappointing.

bed was very comfortable thick matress.. bathroom was great. actually our room was beautiful. special mention to flora, she is the night receptionist very helpful. will definitely go back there again. AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE HOTEL.

Lovely building, right on the quayside- Reception staff helped us with parking. Room was lovely and very well furnished and decorated.

Surprised at breakfast- neither staff or most of the guests wore face masks while moving around - this was not our experience at other locations- made us uncomfortable.
