Almost everything, except for the lack of veggie salad for breakfast.

While waiting for our trip back to Rome, there was a police investigation going on in the cafeteria. A police officer was there talking to a man, whom I presume iwas a guest in the hotel. What could it be???? A guest who lost something in his stay there or had a problem with a staff or with another guest...a query for me??? I asked the lady in the reception and she said she did not know what happened.

nice and clean, near church. Giuseppe at the front desk was really nice and helpful

Breakfast was bad and server not friendly. property needs a little fixes, humidity was showing on some walls.

Staff was super friendly and hotel was extra clean.

I dont know why, but during night electrical box that was installed in room was making extremly buzzy noise. Very disturbing.

Breakfast was excellent as was lunch and dinner for the price.

Very good breakfasts. Staff spoke English. There was a restaurant inside the hotel. Dinner at the hotel was good. Close to Padre Pio shrine.

The rooms where clean and food was nice

We had trouble with communication not many people speak English a hotel should have an English speaking staff

Good location , super clean one of the cleanest of the hotels that I was in Italy and O was in 6 , they have a good breakfast and for lunch they have good options and a fair price

Thank you to young the lady from the reception- Graze or Graziana for her help and professionalism. She was the only one able to speak in English and to give me the right help and advice. Your town -San Giovanni Rotondo is the famous place all over the world, you have turists from all over the world over there, but almost nobody is able to speak English or even French or German or Spanish language. And that's a big shame, because people who travelled so long distance to your town and spend there quite a lot of money deserve much better service there. Even in the room was no sign in foreign languages for the guests, no booklet, no welcome letter, no cattle, nothing just some notice on the door from the back side and of course- in Italian language. The location is perfetc, its like 5-10min walking to the Sanctuary. The people from the hotel were very friendly, and the restaurant very good!

I only think the pillows were very big.

Too old the pillows. There was no thick blanket. No slippers & toothbrush.
