Hotel excelente. Muy bien situado. Las personas de recepción super amables. Nos hicieron el favor de recoger un teléfono que les entregaron y se preocuparon de hacérnoslo llegar. Sólo tengo buenas palabras para todos. Habitación enorme. Bonita. Sin duda volveré. Gracias por todo.

Chambre 503 le lit était confortable. Mais c'est le seul point positif.
L'hôtel est situé sur une longue ligne droite bordée d'hôtel, de commerces et de parking (bus, camion) rien de calme ni de reposant ou de bucolique. La fenêtre de la chambre donnait sur le côté du parking et sur le poulailler/chenil du voisin ainsi que ses toits délabrés en panneaux photovoltaique.
Les chiens ont aboyé toute la nuit et la porte fenêtre de la chambre fermait mal. Quand on l'a signalé ont nous a répondu il ne devrait pas faire froid cette nuit.
Passons au spa. Il n'est signalé nul part lors de la réservation qu'il faut des claquettes et bonnet pour y accéder mais bien entendu tout est vendu à la réception. Les éléments du spa fonctionnent une fois sur 2 et encore quand ils fonctionnent. Du jacuzzi vous aurez une vue sur les carreaux cassés des fenêtres raccommodées à coup de scotch et à divers endroits le carrelage du sol est abîmé et/ou manquant. Côté hygiène les clients doivent passer à la douche et ne pas entrer en tenue civile mais les employés eux font ce qu'ils veulent même les ouvriers en grosses chaussures pleine de plâtre.
Côté jardin. Le site où nous avons réservé mais aussi mes recherches Google nous vendent un superbe parc et des chambres avec vues sur les montagnes.... on a pu se promener dans le parc et voir les orangers et citronniers mais rien pour s'y reposer.
Après toutes ces désillusions nous reviens notre petit déjeuner en terrasse avec vue sur les jardins. Mais encore une fois déçus la terrasse est réservée aux usagers de la cafétéria.... si comme nous vous aviez pris séjours petit dejeuner compris ça se passe au buffet avec vue sur la terrasse à travers ses vitres fumées.
Bref nous devions rester 3 nuits nous sommes partis au bout d'une seule agité entre clients dehors qui hurlaient et chiens voisins qui aboyaient.
Nous ne recommandons absolument pas.

La limpieza, las instalaciones, la cama y el almohadón muy cómodos. El jacuzzi en la habitación. El personal más que atento y el desayuno con cocina viva muy completo.
Por decir algo, en el spa había alguna pieza que no funcionaba pero nada importante.

Staff is supercharming and most attentive! Client's problems are addressed swiftly and immediately resolved if there is any possibility to do so (safe didn't work and was replaced within minutes). Meals you can get in the cafe (restaurant was very busy and I didn't want to wait that long) are easily adapted to your needs (I don't know about gluten, lactose or other intolerances, but my veggie meal (there are not many, but a huge percentage of this country (Spain) is slow with this topic ...) was changed according to my preferences without any problem.
Room cleaning and specially laundry service was superfast!
Communication doesn't seem to work too well: reception did not give the same information about time management in the premium spa (20 minutes for each of the 3 types of bath) as I received once in there (free choice of how long to stay in each pool, including repetition and/or not using one or two); the (baths&massage) circuit I reserved had to be split, because some information got lost between reception and bath staff; while trying to book directly, reception insisted on 14 days advance (I called the day before) and didn't mention the option of trying via Booking.com (I finally booked -via Booking.com- only 16 hours before arriving at the hotel).
Shower water thermostat worked poorly.
I remember one badly worn out baseboard corner, and several wallpaper corners lifting.

we liked the easy location and we liked the bar and restaurant. it was not straightforward to understand the dining but once understood it was fantastic. the buffet
was better than it looked as you could also chose from the a la carte by using the QR code on the table. the prices are fabulous inc wine and water

Very nice hotel, only 15 mins to Santander downtown. Our room was very big and clean, with spacious bathroom and a big wardrobe. It was very quiet and with nice style and view. We were really surprised. The hotel has a destination charger of Porsche, so we could use ir to charge our Electric car, the price of the charge is 6€.

The room was large but dated. Buffet dinner was poor. Cheap but not great food. Staff were good.
The photos are deceptive. Makes it appear to be set in countryside when the reality is its just a slightly nicer hotel than the multitude of other roadside motel type places near the port.

A large comfortable bedroom in a quiet area of the hotel. There was also an enormous well appointed en suite bathroom.

The hotel is clean and pleasant, people at the reception was very helpful. The Spa was good, and there is good parking space.
Overall, the the food was not to the level of a 4 star hotel. Restaurant food was low quality, breakfast was acceptable. The room had no views, just to windows on the ceiling. The photos show a large garden with views, which is not the case.

The location is fantastic and the building is beautiful.
That there was no one on site until 6.30 in the evening. The online check in was fine and the instructions to be able to get into the hotel, but there was no one available until much later. it would have been nice to be able to get a drink/ refreshments when we arrived as there are no other facilities around the area.
However, the staff were very friendly and helpful once they arrived.
