Everything was great! The resort is fully adapted for wheelchair user without loosing any of its charm. Universal design at his best. Congratulations.

great spot if you want to surf, you’re at the best end of the beach and the rooms are enormous. monitor lizards roam freely around the resort and you feel like the landscaping was done with a feeling of nature in mind

Lovely hotel. Some signs of old but the cleanliness is excellent.
The staff are friendly. This hotel is also great for disabled travelers.

The hotel allows smoking on balconies, and this smoke makes it hard to enjoy the clean air and birdsong on your balcony🙁

The bungalows are two per house.
If your neighbour is a smoker ... the smoke will come into your bungalow via the aircon.
Hotel administration should try and keep smokers 'together' ... and no-smokers too.

Poolside villa location overlooking the beach was very nice
No hot water in the bathroom basin, limited hot water storage for shower only just enough for two quick showers. There is a heavy mosquito problem.

we had a wonderful time here as a family holiday. Khao Lak was very quiet and still recovering after COVID’s Travel restrictions. staff were lovely and helpful and we enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again if we came back again.

The most friendly staffs and the most universal design and functions. You don’t feel like you are at the rehabilitation center if you use wheelchairs. Perfect holiday destination to everyone!

Everything was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were a good size and very clean. The food at the restaurant was excellent and very reasonably priced.
We also liked the location of the hotel, as it is located just a short walk from the town.
