The location of the house was good. It was really easy to get to the beach. It was not crowded.

For the purpose of renovations, the office was closed so I was contacting through text message. When I had a problem and texted the office, the replies were slow.

Quiet location and nice people

Don’t really have any complaints other than I wish we could have had extra towels given to us during our stay

The staff were very nice and helpful. The pool was decent. There were some plates, bowls, utensils and cookware which I appreciated. Bed was somewhat comfortable. I loved how close it was to the beach.

The room was very small and crowded with a smaller than expected kitchen. The bathroom was small as well with only a shower. I was hoping to have a bathtub. Also, there wasn't any hooks or racks to hang wet towels and clothes except for one small towel rack by the shower that only fit one towel. The floor was sandy with no rug to wipe feet before getting in the bed or inside the door. The remote was difficult to figure out and the volume didn't work on the remote. Asethically the room was lacking.

Everything was perfect. I was skeptical about the place at first because there's no office and because of certain reviews but this place is perfect. One complaint was the water wasn't hot. We had to turn it to cold because it got to hot. Loved it!! One complaint was bugs, we did see a few but it was like flying ants and water bugs. We always bring bug spray no matter where we stay so. The kitchen was equipped with your basic needs and I loved how they had coffee and filters already. Nice!! There are no bowls or plates just so you know to bring some. The staff was friendly, the pool was nice, the location was perfect and the beach access was right in front. The beds aren't the most comfortable but it made due. We'll bring a topper next time but we're okay with that. They have free WiFi which my friend and the kids loved. This place is nice. They are working on the rooms upgrading them so bare with them. Altogether it's a nice place. Oh they have grills your able to use with full propane tanks.

Everything was good

The staff number 1 customer service. The Safety and Security cannot be beat.. The location was perfect just a very short walk to the beach. The rooms were very nice and Amazingly Beautiful Courtyard with a balcony on the very top 🤩🤩🤩🤩 We really enjoyed our Stay..

The price was a little higher than expected but we do understand it was July 4th. Still your prices are unbeatable

The location was good. Water was closed during our stay.

Did not get room information till couple hours of arriving. Had called, texted & left voicemail with no response. No one come by to see if we needed anything. Had to send a message about getting clean towels. Never got floors swept with being at beach & Had to take hour own garbage out.

There was a lot of mold in the bathroom. The kitchen stove was not even cleaned nor did the oven work for the stove. The refrigerator was disgusting the bed had blood on it so we slept on our own blankets and pillows over theirs. We tried calling the office but never could get any one to pick up the phone

The Ice Maker in the freezer did NOT work properly

I love the location.

The bathroom had mold in ceiling. No bath soap , shampoo or hair dryer was provided . The courtyard was not very inviting . A pile of sheets laid on the walkway all weekend . Random bits of trash also. I have stayed several times here in the past tens years . This visit was a disappointment.
