Very clean. Gardens well kept. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location - a decent walk to the beach (as stated) - but so much accessible on foot. Pool area was lovely. Our bungalow was very quiet. An excellent choice at breakfast. Excellent value for money. We stayed for 4 weeks and are planning on returning next year.

Very nice complex which has lovely staff. The place is very clean and well maintained . The food is fine and plentiful for the price you pay.

The breakfast was a bit hectic. A few more tables and a 3rd coffee machine would make a huge improvement. The complex is slightly further away from the beach than we anticipated.

Noisy. A lot of people for a very small pool. No parking was available, we need to park one kilometre away from the hotel. the cleanliness of the room was unacceptable.....

.Staff were lovely, smiling and fun. The rooms very comfortable and clean and the pool area was great, very pretty with lots of lovely bougainvillea. The food was fab... king prawns, mussels, steak, salad wonderful

Eating downstairs in the 'cellar' spoiled meal times, especially dinner. We didn't want to linger and chat over our food and wine as we felt the room oppressive. We would have ptefered outdoor dining.

Vistaflor Bungalows Maspalomas Gran Canaria Jan 4th to Feb 5th review. 9 out of 10 We were so pleased to see the actual place matched the promotion photos, the staff were so friendly at reception [especially Maria], the room was ideal up and down stairs, we thanked our regular cleaner who despite language barriers was so helpful [Spanish predominate spoken throughout the camp. The bar staff were welcoming friendly and helpful, even though some struggled to communicate in English, The evening entertainment was free with some unique artists, we particularly liked the Magicians and the Jugglers We were half board, and found the downstairs eating area clean and tidy, [except the back toilets which had too many flies in it]. The food was full of variety, both for breakfast and evening meal, however we found the hot meals, [were not so hot] a microwave was provided, but without user instructions, we believe this has since been attended to. Someone needs to check the coffee and juice machine we often found they were not working as they should.

Maspalomas is much larger place than we anticipated, being elderly we found some of the walking a struggle, on the bright side taxi’s are so cheap 2-3 euros for and average local trip. The Maspalomas dunes were amazing, try and arrive when the wind is not too high, it can sting your eyes if your not careful, our second trip there was so brilliant calm winds and the walk to Play de Ingels, was such a pleasure, only to find a lovely beech with lots and lots of bars and shops. CURRENTLY Beware of flying to Portugal make sure you have filled the Customer location form we had so much trouble with this for and to be honest Las Palmas airport staff were far from helpful. To help we noticed on the form were you see ‘were your stopping in Portugal’ you have to put LIS APT, and in the box on 0000-000 you actually have to write that in, I hope it helps someone.

the location was quite close to the dunes and “nightlife” (by foot)

the pillow cases doesn’t fits well the pillows squeezing it and/or doesn’t cowered it well and has openings from both sides (as a “tube”) so the pillow pops out every time and you never sure if you are contacting the same pillow with the previous guests ..

Everything. Apartments are clean, and the vibe of the place lends itself to a holiday feel.

Get up early and throw out a towel, space at a premium by the pool.

Amazing staff from reception, bar and restaurant to cleaners (3 lovely ladies helped to get rid of nasty stains on my shirt). Very good size swimming pool with very attentive guard on duty. Great food- big selection. They just reopened for guests so rooms are clean, everywhere looks fresh and tidy.
