Good value for the money if you’re looking basically for a bed to sleep at night. Not many frills, but staff is super helpful, the rooms are clean, they will put items in the fridge for you at reception, and they will provide you with a fan upon request. Easy to walk from and to train station and town centre and very close to pier.

Beautiful location opposite the sea. Very clean. Bed fairly comfortable. Staff were pleasant and professional. Nice that there was a fridge in our room. Nice in the bar in the evening.

Bit difficult to climb into the bath to have a shower, nothing to hold on to. The shower holder on the wall was loose and wobbly. The breakfast was quite good but my friend said that her vegetarian option was very sparse. Only half a tomato and one vegetarian sausage, plus two small hash browns. My son complained about insufficient electric sockets in the room.

perfect location short walk from train station on the sea front, friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast and good layout of the restaurant.

Room was very small

Clean, comfortable hotel, centrally located and at a very reasonable price. Breakfast wasn't included but it was available at a fair price and was very good.

The hotel has no car park and street parking nearby was very busy.

It had a good location breakfast was ok - decent size (average quality)

when we arrived in the early evening it looked like it was closed and all the lights were off. no one was about and we needed to wait for 10 minutes for the reception desk. bit frustrating that it looked like they was next to nobody staying there yet we had a room at the back of the hotel overlooking the street and not the seafront. to be fair that’s probably because there were three of us.

The view was amazing. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable.

There was spilt tea on the windowsill but not a big issue. The lift wasn't working but that wasn't a problem.
