Many varieties of breakfast served. Lots or breads, eggs, milk, meat, etc. Location was good as it's near to the lake. Receptionists were approachable. Receptionists helped to book cab everyday.

Rest room water leakage (Only in my room. My colleagues' rooms were good). WiFi signal is too low. WhatsApp calls were blocked when connected via WiFi.

Great hotel design. Good size room. Breakfast good. Nice and quiet. Liked electric blinds on windows. Good garage for ebikes. Room had a fridge and kettle.

Great room for family - bunks for the kids, separate room for adults. Small kitchenette was not really equipped but the space and table was nice.

My son (11 years old) and I liked the room on the ground floor with the windows going out to a little garden. There was enough space to place our belongings and get comfortable for the time of our stay. The location is good, a bit off the historic center of Überlingen, but it's just a short walking distance to the restaurants and to the lake.

The breakfast room is downstairs and has only a ceiling window that lets light through. The buffet could be improved by offering croissants or cakes that are from a bakery (not in plastic wraps). Especially on the weekend it was hard to find a parking spot next to the hotel, and it's also difficult to find a legal parking spot nearby. Maybe guests could get recommendations about what to do when all parking spaces are full in the evening, when the reception is closed, a kind of handout?

The location was very convenient, really close to the lake. The breakfast was good and the ladies there were very kind.

The rooms are not sound proof. The beds are okish. The room was warm but outside it was also extremely hot. The hotel is ok but overpriced.

The location was very convenient. Train station was just 5-10 min away. Breakfast was decent.

The only complain is that the washroom was smelly even though it was clean. As we were mostly outside, it didn't bother us but something worth mentioning.

not enough parking lots.

Very friendly staff. Great breakfast. Modern building with great noise isolation - despite the house being full we could not hear any noise from others when being in our room.

There is a big parking lot but just not enough space when the house is fully booked. Fortunately, the street offers some parking for paying. However, due to the prices that is only an option for parking over night.

A good hotel in walking distance to the lake. Good breakfast. Spacious room.

I couldn't sleep because the mattress was far too soft, the pillow was far too firm, and the blankets a bit too stiff. Also, we heard water running down drainage pipes in a wall all day and night. When we arrived the receptionist was angry because she had sent me a message asking for the names and passport information of each and every occupant of our room. Yet after she expressed her anger, she never actually asked for them. So clearly they were not important. It was not a nice welcome.

A functional B&B, that is clean and comfortable. A decent sized room. The reception staff were very helpful. A nice touch was fresh coffee at the recption. The breakfast was excellent.

It is up quite a steep hill from the harbour.
