Hotel is rated as 5*, which is absolutely joke. We actually booked Junior Suite, which was supposed to be one of the best rooms in the property. The price we paid for 3 nights was huge, but we thought ok, it is high season, it is 5* hotel, we have to accept these facts. But we were so disappointed when we arrived. Already the reception looked dark, no design, just unpleasant. We immediatelly knew, we did a wrong selection. For the money we paid, it wasnt absolutely 5* quality, size, equipment, terrible bathroom. The hallway to the room looked like cheap hostel. I would rated maximum as 3*. We are really surprised, how can booking.com offer this hotel as 5*. Never again.

This hotel is not 5star I can not believe I paid 1650 euros for a week very disappointed air con in room was broke didn’t fix it it was just terrible. Any body saying this hotel is nice is lying or they work for them when I complained they was not interested in helping me or offering any money back. I REPEAT I have stayed all over the world in various hotels and this is one of the worse the only thing good about it was ARIES the man on reception he is a very nice man

Relaxing. Calm. For me this is the best hotel in the area. Location is accessible. Friendly staff.

Thou i have experienced issues it can be improved if they could do proper maintenance and check before giving the room to the guests. With the troubles we experienced they could give us a better room but offering us a smaller room on the very top floor or allowing to stay for late check out supposed, but anyway we had fun and enjoyable stay with their easy access to the pool and beach and warm and friendly resto/beach bar staff and cleaners. Thanks to the helpful guest staff counter for my needs. They should provide coffee/tea counter in the room since its so nice to seat outside. A little more improvement with the food selection to worth the price of the buffet.

Porter never came carried own luggage to room and back our room No room service Coffee was terrible and breakfast was the worst Ives had in Greece Rate for taxi was given but it was different It was noisy drunk people coming back late
