suite on the 5th floor was large with a big balcony rooms we’re well kept and cleaned to a high standard evey day.

The location is easy to find, the breakfast was good, the room is clean

At least the hotel have offered complimentary water. At the end it’s hospitality business. The staff took my passport until checkout, which I didn’t understand. There wasn’t tourist information ready to the International customers. Although the hotel is tidy, location is good. There is a lack of human touch, hospitality and kindness!!! At the picture of the room there were fruits etc on booking.com. I thought upon my arrival there should be some complimentary service. There is no such service, no water at all

Too much sweets and cakes

Nice, big and clean room and bathroom. The hotel has a restaurant as well. Ample parking in front of and behind the hotel. Terni looks less charming than Orvieto, Gubbio or Todi, as it's a bigger city with more commercial and industrial functions, but i'ts quite interesting and it has a lot of bars and restaurants.

I didn't like the typical Italian breakfast with only sweet things. Because of covid you had to ask and point to everything to order, and that makes it more difficult even though the staff was friendly.
