The staff was friendly.

There was no courtain in the kitchen and the light came first thing int he morning. Cleaning could be improved.

Room was a good size. Breakfast was basic, but nice. Close to most tourist attractions. The free sparkling water and glasses were nice. Lift to rooms, although it was very small.

Bed was squeaky. Shower was impossible to use due to its location. As soon as it was turned on it sprayed all over the bathroom. It was over the bath and was so high I could not reach it to unhook it. Instead of having a bathtub, which was not needed, a walk in shower would have been a better addition in this space. The carpark was extremely tight, perhaps better for smaller cars but larger cars would have extreme difficulty parking here. Carpark is also across the road from the hotel with nowhere to park in front of the hotel to drop off bags. It made it very difficult to bring larger bags to the room.

A good location on the edge of the historic centre on an attractive square. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. I was in an annex with a small kitchenette, which was well-equipped and quiet.

I am elderly and not very mobile. I hadn’t realised that my room in the annex was across the road, down a street and up a steep staircase with no lift. The staff helped me with my luggage but zi wished I had been in the main building

It’s a great place, nice people. But you could hear all the noises easily, (upstairs, next doors..) it is a little annoying.

Well located and exactly as described. Very clean and the staff were friendly too.

Location could not be better. Room was a studio apartment in the other building next to the hotel. It was small but had everything we needed for a short stay. Room was clean and there was enough kitchen ware for two people. It's nice that you can make your own breakfast if you don't want to purchase it from the hotel. Very good special cafe Cycle Roasters near to the hotel!

Bathroom was very small but it is old building so you can't really do anything about it. Pillows were very soft.

Lovey hotel top speck Great staff location is 5, mins walk from main square, right beside big lovely church bus stop right outside. Staff especially the man that does be there he looks like Timo Werner the German footballer, what a agreat guy can't do enough for you. Top class such a refreshing welcome..

Fantastic location, directly on a beautiful old town square. Very friendly staff. New structure and furnishings. Hearty breakfast. Room overlooking a quiet and lovely inner garden. Cleanliness 100! Very satisfied.

Check-in at 3 pm could be done a bit earlier.

Perfect location in Lubeck centrum. Hotel is very nice and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Also there's safe private garage just 200 meters from the hotel. There was also a special present waiting in the room for our dog!

top location, all in all more functional than luxurious, some silly mistakes (necessary sockets in the kitchen at foot level), but pretty decent value for money (lübeck being a rather expensive location). easy to heat (i was there when even daytime temperatures were emphatically below zero). my main quibble would be the lack of an arm chair!
