Our room was not provided even though we had paid in advance. For which i think it was not value for money.

I just... cannot begin to describe how much we ADORED the Andronis Boutique Hotel. The view, the food, the kind staff, the location within Oia. It was all 10,000/10.

The service was exceptional. We were greeted by staff at the taxi stop to guide us back to the hotel reception (as the car cannot park at the hotel) and given wine. Snacks and wine greeted us in the room. The room was constantly re-stocked with water, twice a day or any time we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room service daily was exceptional. Not only the room was cleaned, sheet changed and re-supplied, but the cleaner organized our things to make everything easier for us. The buffet breakfast selection was vast, and the staff were willing to go extra miles (eg early check-up breakfast delivery available between 4-8am and it was delivered on time at the requested 6am and packed in take away boxes).
The only very small down side of our room was the hot pool was not so private, as other guests can see as well as other passer by from the main street in Oia, and there were constantly staff working close-by above our room in the afternoon before sunset for the duration of our stay. However, this did not really impact the exceptional service we received during our stay.

The rooms, the facilities, the food,the view everything at this hotel is perfect faultless. The hotel is only improved by the level of customer services the staff are amazing they go out of their way to ensure your stay is perfect.

The rooms are unique and have exceptional sea views. The staff and facilities are 5 star! The location in Oia is also excellent.
The stairs can be challenging, however, it's part of the unique and breathtaking landscape of Santorini.

Lovely hotel, rooms were lovely, hot tub perfect temperature and the girls in reception were so amazing and sent down a little present when they heard we were on our honeymoon. Wished we stayed longer. Breakfast was amazing too..

What did I like?! EVERYTHING and more. I went with my partner and it felt like we are Zeus and Hera and all the other Gods and Goddesses of Olympus is at our service. Everything from the moment we arrived at the hotel was beyond expectations. The hotel is so beautiful and centrally located in the picturesque Oia. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. It didn't feel like a standard hotel breakfast but like you are in a posh restaurant. The views, hot-tub and the pool (especially the heated one) were to die-for. And when they set-up Lauda on the pool-side in the evening, it feels like you are in a dream! The hotel is so beautiful that one could not imagine anything topping that. Yet, somehow the staff managed to even beat that with their service. Do yourself a favor, stay here and you will know what I am talking about!

This is small: The food/breakfast could have been a bit better for such a nice property. Items that should have been hot, were not. Ordered room service and it was ok.
