The location is excellent, close to the cathedral, directly in the center. The property could be accessed any time thanks to the digitalized system easy to use. Room was comfortable and clean as well as bathroom. The breakfast was delicious (sweet and salty options, hot and cold drinks).

There is nothing to complain about. The walls are a bit too thin, but that wasn't a problem for us.

Not clean! When I got to my room, I saw very bad mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. The shower was also very dirty. After showing pictures to the front desk, they moved me to another smaller room. This room did not have mold, but I would have liked for the shower to be cleaner. This hotel was also on a dark street with a lot of graffiti. Payment process was very strange. I received an additional message to pay after I had already paid through their online portal. I would not stay here again.

It is absolutely a fantastic location in the very city centre... Breakfast was in the basement, but it was a buffet, which was nice. Personally, I was glad that there was soy milk too. Unfortunately, a splendid location alone doesn't justify the higher price. Due to the (very) bad service (see other box) this hotel wasn't value for money at all.

The problems started already before our trip started: we got messages that my credit card was invalid (the one I used for the other hotels and I didn't exceed my limit, so the problem was NOT my card), then we got a link to do a payment, but that didn't work either. It took quite a number of mails until it was finally possible to do the payment. When we booked, we mentioned that we would arrive between 17h and 18h, but only one or two days upfront, we got a message that there would be no staff after 16h and we would need a code to enter. Luckily we had good wifi in the hotel the day before, so that we were able to check the messages! It would be good to send all the information before the start of the holiday, because wifi doesn't always work in some hotels and then it's not possible to check (important) messages. But that aside, when we arrived at the hotel, the code didn't work at all (we were able to enter the building because other people left...), There was an 'emergency button' which should connect to some sort of intercom, but THAT DIDN'T WORK AT ALL. Finally, there's a telephone number, but no-one answered. Luckily we could enter the front door because someone left the building, so we had access to our key and room! (otherwise, we wouldn't have been able to enter, because nothing worked!) Moreover, wifi didn't work at all. We tried to mention this through the intercom system: didn't work, by calling the 'emergency number': no answer, by sending a message through booking: no answer. So, the hotel offers a very bad service (almost no service actually...) regarding check-in and wifi. And that gives lots of stress, which isn't really the purpose of travelling...
