It was great that all cars are under an awning. Pets are welcomed. With my room, there are two doors; one where you park your car and another sliding door at the other end of the room that goes out to a large balcony. Bathroom was renovated. Very clean. Lots of electrical outlets. Away from road noise.

I had to pay extra $30 for two dogs, which I was not aware about. Apparently it is written in the booking information, but all I could see later when I looked was in the "Property Policies" that "Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable". Plus in a question on the booking.com site someone asked if there was an extra charge for pets and they answered that there was not a charge for pets. Happy to pay, but was not aware.

Lovely views, nice outdoor areas, the staff were extremely helpful and the place was clean and comfortable.

We had our own breakfast so didn't sample food from motel and we ordered a pizza for dinner that was delivered.

It would be helpful for some plates, bowls and cutlery to be on site.

We had an enjoyable couple of nights at the Ecino Lodge Alabaster. The room was cosy & comfortable and the bathroom had been updated so it was great too. The provision of arm chairs was such a bonus too. Often we find motel rooms have nowhere comfortable to sit and relax.

We were made really welcomed, and we stayed in a disabled room that was set out well and catered to our needs perfectly.

The main room could have been just a little bit bigger.

Ian was lovely & very helpful. The room was very clean & walking distance to the shops/pubs/cafe which was fantastic. We will stay again & highly recommend.

Breakfast was beautiful on our first night there. We didn’t have the chance to try room service but the food it looks delicious. Ian was our host for our stay, and I must say he definitely met our expectations. We need more people like Ian in the world I feel. Undercover parking was a bonus. Ian had put our aircon on before our arrival so our room was nice and cool we appreciate the small things like this. The pressure in the shower was amazing! We had came with a party of three families and we are all very pleased with the service and standard of the rooms and staff.
