Aldo was lovely and was very helpful. The room was nice with large and new bathroom. First impression is very favourable. The restaurant is ok too. The position is fantastic as its on the lower town square and very easy to access old Eze town.

The air conditioner does not work which means you have to sleep with the windows open on a very very noisy road that is the main drag to Monaco. If you close the windows the room becomes super hot very quickly ( I am Australian so I am used to the heat) Aldo tried for about half an hour but could not get it working, and did not offer us a room with a functioning unit. Did not sleep because of this. Also the light in the bedroom did not work at all so no reading in bed. Before you book , maybe make sure the air conditioning is working and get it in writing with an offer of refund if not. What use is a hotel room if you can't sleep in it?! Also, there is no door between the bathroom and the bedroom, so not recommended unless you are very familiar with your partner, hah hah.

bathroom had no door, only a curtain. There was a coffee machine but no cups. very little light, only light in bathroom was the light up mirror, and not all the lights in the room worked. the one that did was extremely dim. Loud street noise even when balcony doors were closed.

location, however its not worth staying in this town. you can see it all in a few hours. and don’t depend on the bus system to get you up or down the mountain & if you need to take a cab its $50.

nobody answers phone. no reception. no elevator. nobody to call taxi for you. lots of noise in the hallways coming from the kitchen at night. outlets in room are falling out of wall. no presence of staff except for restaurant.

I would have a appreciated a place where we could have stored our luggage after checking out so we didn't have to carry it with us while exploring the village.

location was perfect, right in the heart of Eze. Great price compared to other hotels in the area.

Great location close to the bus stop from Nice. great to have usb outlets right by the bed. Obviously has been totally updated as an old building and spotlessly clean.

Only issue we had was noise in the hall. Especially during the night a lot of slamming of doors and voices carried a long way.
