Huge balcony with great views. Location. Hard-working friendly staff in the busy restaurant.

Outdated hotel in need of complete renovation. Wifi was not working in our room (tried 4 different devices).

The location is wonderful. Breakfast and dinner were well organized with variety of food.

Half of the food from buffet was with no taste - no salt, no taste, impossible to eat. Asiah sushi day? Sushi were awful.

We had a wonderful holiday at this hotel. Mainly I have to commend the hard work of all the staff - they were incredibly friendly and helpful all day. But everything else was great - food, pools, hotel surroundings. I was also very pleased with the small attention for my birthday. Thank you for a great time.

I can't think of anything negative. Of course, it's a big hotel, so at certain times the restaurant and the pool area were full, but that's to be expected. It was enough to wait a while or come another time.

Breakfast&dinner are good with seating area outside. Big 2 bedroom room with huge balcony.

Bathroom is dark and outdated. Wi-fi is very weak. Have to pay deposit for pools towels. Expensive parking. No rack for drying wet clothes.

It's a lovely hotel, located perfectly at the ocean with ocean and Teide view.

Great location with amazing views of the sea and coastline and an easy walk to the centre of town. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Very nice heated swimming pool and attractive surrounding area. Good standard of buffet meals with wide choice of well presented dishes.

We would have preferred a walk-in shower rather than a shower over a bath. Difficult for anyone with mobility issues and the room description didn’t make this clear.

Fantastic ocean view, speedy lifts

No coffee maker in the room. Coffee in the restaurant is not of good quality. The hotel definitely needs renovation and maintenance.

Halbpension war ok

Facilities are clean, there was enough room by the pool even during peak time. Room size was ok - enough for us and our 6 year old. There are a lot of buffet options, although the quality is average and at peak times it's quite busy.

Although most of the staff are pleasant enough, the customer experience is poor. For example, when we arrived we were adorned with a wristband which has a key tag. Shockingly this was not removable, so I had to cut if off and carry it around (which is fine with the staff). Unfortunately, our daughter was ill for the last 2 days. We requested a late checkout as our taxi was not arriving till 2pm, but I was told to come back in the morning to check availability. On returning in the morning, I was told to come back in 30 minutes. Later, I was told to come back at 9:30. Finally, they confirmed that I could pay for a late checkout. Ideally, the first person I spoke to would have owned this request and simply called me in the room with updates. Another example, on check in we were simply checked in - not provided with any information about (for example) internet, meal times or pool towel rules (which are very annoying). When I asked the lifeguard for a towel, I was told I needed a card. I went to reception and was told I needed to pay a deposit for a card, I was not able to put this deposit on the room either! So I had to go back to my room and simply used a room towel. Now a much easier process would be to simply give all guests a card which they can swap for a towel and must return at the end of their stay.

Staff was awsome, food was amazing and sea view was great as well :)
