Lovely place and Rebecca was very welcoming. We felt at home. It was hot weather and we stayed cool in this unit with very little use of the air conditioning. Kitchen had everything we could need! That was a plus Very grateful for our stay at Rebecca’s

The apartment itself is lovely. I could move in there as a real home. I was alone and really comfortable that Rebecca was easy to reach via text, even though she lives in the house she totally left me alone and I love quiet time. The location is a short walk up a hill to the town of Florence, which I also loved. I will definitely stay there again. I hope it doesn't get so popular that it's not available for my next trip, LOL. We had a great stay in Northampton. The place is quiet, clean and very comfortable. Rebecca is a great host and very responsive. The location is perfect. Very walkable and close to different hikes in the area.

A lovely, clean, well furnished 1 bedroom apartment in a pleasant, walkable neighborhood close to food, drink , and trails. Rebecca is a friendly, responsive and yet unobtrusive host.

Relatively quiet neighborhood within walking distance of shops, restaurants and rail trail. Very comfortable, peaceful apartment with a delightful host.

The place was clean, charming, and close to town. The apartment is on the first floor but there are stairs from the parking pad and up to the front door that do not have a railing, so might be difficult for those that need assistance. The owner was quick to respond and helpful.

We very much enjoyed our stay! Host was very accommodating to us with her daughter stepping in to get the place ready for us. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful location in Northampton, close to everything. Vrbo was exceedingly clean and communication with owner was simple and easy!

We stayed there for 2 months. There are some good and bad points but mostly good. Roomy bedroom, great closet space, nice shower with great water pressure. Rebecca was always quick to answer any questions and deal with any problems. The bike path was 3 blocks away but the first block to get there was a hill so steep we had to walk the bikes. Also there is no Air conditioner and she had told us, but we are from Texas and didn't think it could be that bad. But the last 2 weeks we were there it was unbearable and we had to leave during the day because of the heat. Overall, its a wonderful place to stay.

This place was adorable, super clean, and just what we needed. During college graduation weekend, the traffic routes in and around Northampton and in particular anywhere near or east of the village center can get really congested. This VRBO is just northwest of the village and Smith College, which made getting to and from campus at a very busy time super easy. The host was very helpful in resolving one issue, and everything else was perfect. Highly recommend!

This property is lovingly cared for, beautifully appointed, and was convenient to all our destinations. Rebecca stocked the fridge with yogurt and cream for our morning coffee, and provided helpful guides to the area. The bed is very comfortable, and apartment is quite spacious. The private porch is a great place for morning coffee or lunch. We would definitely stay here again when we’re in the area.

Rebecca is lovely and her suite is ideal. The suite is much roomier than the photos suggest. Everything we needed was provided. We will definitely rent here if we find ourselves back in Northampton.

The apartment is very nicely laid out and is cute and inviting. The rooms are newly renovated and bright. The bathroom has a very large walk in shower with great water pressure. The kitchen was very well equipped. You have everything you need to cook your own meals. Rebecca left us raspberries, yogurt, milk and tomatoes from her garden. She also had a pretty bouquet of flowers on the kitchen table. Rebecca responded quickly to our text and was very accommodating. The apartment is within walking distance of downtown Florence. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return to the area soon

Bright, cozy, airy... We loved our stay in this neighborhood. Rebecca was very flexible with our needs, extremely late arrival. We found yummy berries and yogurt, along with coffee for our first morning. This was truly welcomed as we arrived at 3am. We were close to groceries, walking/biking paths, sites to see, as well as venturing to other places in New England. Rebecca also made herself available if we had questions or concerns. When we go back East again, we will book our trip around availability of her place.

I love staying at Rebecca's place. I was here to transition my daughter to off campus housing near Smith and stayed 4 nights -- it was a lovely, peaceful get-away. The bed was comfortable, the place was impeccably clean, I loved the teapot, and there were so many nice touches -- milk, yogurt and berries in the fridge, washer and dryer. It was really comfortable and just a nice place to be. Rebecca was really kind and responsive. The location is also great. I found a fabulous co-op and it's a 7 minute drive to downtown Northampton and Smith. Driving in this area is so beautiful it's not a chore. I will definitely see if this place is available again when I come back.

This apartment is more than I had hoped for. It is clean, comfortable, and well stocked with paper products, bath towels, etc. Rebecca had left us some drinks and snacks in the fridge, and chocolates on the table. She has lots of nice extras for her guests like teas and all organic, eco friendly soap and shampoo. Walkability to downtown Florence and the bike trail is good. Communication with Rebecca is timely and easy. We will definitely be back!
