Ich hatte ein Einzel-Appartement mit einem sehr bequemen großen Bett, einer Miniküche und Badezimmer. Die Küche ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet: Herdplatten, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Geschirr, Besteck, Mülleimer. Im Zimmer hat man ordentlich Platz. Es ist mit Bett, Nachttisch, Kleiderschrank, Kommode, Tisch, Stuhl und TV ausgestattet. Im Badezimmer gibt es eine große Dusche, Waschbecken und Toilette sowie einen Föhn. Das Appartement war sehr sauber. Außer am Wochenende findet eine tägliche Reinigung statt, wenn man das möchte. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es gibt einen zum Objekt gehörenden, gebührenpflichtigen Parkplatz. Diesen am besten gleich bei der Buchung mit reservieren lassen. Zu Fuß sind es ca. 10 Gehminuten bis zum Hauptbahnhof und das Stadtzentrum.

Das Zimmer hat leider keine Klimaanlage. Man kann allerdings auch nicht bei offenem Fenster schlafen, das das Gebäude direkt an einer großen, stark befahrenen Straße steht und gleichzeitig der Hauptbahnhof ganz in der Nähe ist. Die Fenster sind zwar schallisoliert, halten den Lärm aber leider trotzdem nicht komplett ab.

Price is quite high compared to other decent hotels nearby, while the apartment room is quite disappointing, much worse than a typical hotel room. Narrow corridor, poor soundproofing, and very slow/old lift, strange people around. It is a studio for someone who live there for a longer period. but still the price is even higher than a hotel.

The Appartement is super close from the main train stations (3 mins walking distance), and also close to the city center. The Stuff working there was friendly and very helpful. Room was clean (incl. towels changed on a regular basis) and spacious. Breakfast was tasty and plenty to choose from. This place is recommend and a solid one.

Room was without air conditioning. At the moment of stay it was not necessary, but when it would be hotter probably it would be needed.

The stuff ttried to help me with multiple issues I had the best they could. Parking was very close to the property. It was clean.

1. Very outdated, bad smelling rooms and all other spaces. 2. The internet wasn't working at all half of the time or working extremely slowly. I visited for work and complained about it, but they have no IT support and their claim was that other people haven't told them about slow internet. Terrible response to customer problems. 3. They claim they have a sauna, but it's actually open 2 a week, so if you happen to arrive in between or being busy during these 2-3 hours twice a week it's open, you're not gonna enjoy it. I managed to get there only once in my 7 night stay, while I had plenty of free evenings to enjoy it. 4. I requested to leave earlier because I couldn't work from there and was forced to pay the full amount (with a tiny discount for the time when internet services were completely shut) despite them not being able to provide adequate facilities as stated on their website. Professional hotels would never do that. Overall, it gave a feeling of a cheap unprofessionally run youth hostel and I do not recommend staying there. Spoiler: left this place, moved to a proper hotel and everything there was perfect, so I could properly work during the day and enjoy sauna every evening 🙂
