If you're looking for a vacation rental conveniently located near the North Conway area, this is it!
The house was exceptional and was the cleanest we've ever rented in over 20 years.
There were amazing spaces for our family of 9.
If you enjoy cooking, like we do, you'll find everything you need in the kitchen. It's just as lovely as it looks in the pictures.
The AC units in the bedrooms and kitchen/dining area, as well as the fans in all the rooms, kept us completely cool, with very high humidity and temps in the upper 80's to low 90's.
Gabriela was one of the most responsive and helpful hosts we've ever dealt with.
When we return to this area, we'll definitely want to rent this home again.

Went for a long weekend skiing trip. Weather did work great for skiing but had one day. Home was beautiful and had everything needed. Very clean and modern. Close to downtown. Easy access to downtown. Had an amazing time. Thank you and looking forward until next time.

We had a wonderful time in this large home. We had family and friends come over each week and had plenty of room. Four rooms to entertain! Lots nearby for everyone, golf, Saco River kyacking, hiking and Ecco Lake. Owners were close by to help if we had any requests. Hope to come back sometime.

We had a great time with family! From start to finish the commutation with the owner was great. The house came with everything we needed. Close to North Conway for skiing, shops and restaurants . Our dog loved playing in the snow in the front and back yard.

The home is beautiful. Unfortunately a snowstorm hit the night we arrived and we along with most of Madison lost power and had to cut our weekend short. Extremely disappointing. Gabriela could not have been more understanding and offered to refund the entire stay. She was very easy to get a hold of and kept us updated after reaching out to the power company. I would highly recommend this home to anyone that loves this area of NH and plan to return.

Gabriela was such a pleasure . She was so attentive and communication was amazing . The house is gorgeous it even has a firepit in the yard . This is one of the nicest homes we have rented in this area . The sunroom was one of our favorite rooms. The kitchen was fully stocked . Plenty of board games for us to play as a family . We definitely would love to stay here next thanksgiving .

We found this beautiful house and knew it would be a great fit for our group of 6 moms on our girls weekend away. From the very first contact, the owner was very responsive and friendly. Check in was super easy and the house exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, comfortable and had everything we could possibly have needed. The kitchen was well stocked. Beds and couches were comfortable/cozy. We had zero complaints all weekend and look forward to booking again.

We stayed at this lovely house for 2 nights in the summer. The house was clean, modern, appealing, and blessed. It has a great backyard, back porch, and deck. The kitchen is nice and spacious as well. I recommend this stay. The owner was very attentive and responsive to my messages. Easy check in and check out.

February Vacation get away
The checkin was seamless and easy. The owner, Gabriela, was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I stayed here with my wife, son (7 years old) daughter (4 years old) and another family. The kids and adults had a blast, easy commute to Attitash, Wildcat and Cranmore. North Conway center was an easy ride as well. I would stay here again.

Home is as advertised. Location is okay once you figure out the alternative route than GPS suggests about 15 min drive to N. Conway. House is clean but could use some TLC. Overall place was good.

Beautiful home
Enjoyed staying at this beautiful home. House was spotless and kitchen was fully stocked with with everything needed to whip up a meal. Updated and very comfortable to be able to spread out. Secluded but yet close enough to shopping outlets. Owners were a pleasure to work with! Looking forward to rent in the future.

Lovely stay
We had a great stay here! The house was well-equipped and in a nice and quiet location making for a fantastic escape from city life. The house had plenty of super comfortable lounging spaces and we really appreciated that all of the furniture was toddler-safe so we didn’t have to do any additional baby-proofing. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice place
We had 8 people and two black labs with us and the house wasn’t cramped in the slightest. The owner was very responsive and awesome to work with. Would definitely recommend and will definitely stay again. Only cripe I can think of is the beds are not the most comfortable.

Very private, lots of space inside! Great for relaxing with family. Kitchen is great for gathering.
The hot tub was slimy and not working properly. The trampoline netting was broken. The property grasss had not been mowed in months so kids running around playing was not ideal. There were no cushions for the fire pit, which was also so damp we couldn’t get a fire started. We needed a shovel or something to clean it out. These were all of the amenities we booked the house for, so disappointing. Linens were great, towels were provided and the kitchen was well stocked.

Overall a great experience in this convenient, large home.
The house is large and comfortable. Enough room for different age groups to be in different spaces, and also to all hang out together. The kitchen is well equipped and it just makes everything easy. The location is very private, yet not far from where your likely to want to go. The hot tub is awesome. It is so nice to stare at the stars while relaxing out there in the late evenings. The owners are very nice and accommodating. We were in the area for a few days to attend a family wedding. The only things to be aware of are that all the closets are locked, so there are very limited places to hang clothing, and you will not find a full length mirror. This is not a reason to pass on this house, unless that is a deal-breaker for you. It was certainly not that big a deal for us. Loved the fact that the house has pets (there's a great no maintenance fish tank), and they allow pets.

The house was spacious and well equipped. The beds and couches were of good quality and the outside space with yard, out door fire place, and hot tub was a great!

So much space :)
It’s was wonderful after a full day os skiing to come back and be able to stretch out. So clean and inviting. We felt right at home. Thank you for the wonderful visit we hope to be back really soon.

Great spot for all seasons
This is a great spot with convenient access to a few small beaches and a playground. It has a good size lawn in the front and a porch on the back with a grill and a hot tub. The owners were incredibly accommodating, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Cute neighborhood in an adorable town
The owners were very responsive to questions, gave recommendations for good places to hike, left us a bottle of Chardonnay and it was just lovely. The hot tub was definitely a plus!
