The manager of the property was very friendly and made us feel welcome. They provided food, drink (milk, juice and wine) in the fridge for our arrival. Villa was very modern, clean and even had a Nespresso machine with coffee pods! Highly recommended and will use again.

Beautiful, big house. Comfortable for all family. All equipment are clear and working. The host was very helpful. Area is full of good restaurants, shops, souvenirs.

The villa is big and spacious, clean with everything you could need in the kitchen. We stayed in The Kyprogeneia villa the pool is fantastic plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas, 3 nice big bedrooms with a bbq area outside. Easy access to the beach to watch the amazing sunsets. A car/quad is a must although it is on a bus route quite easy to get into Paphos or Coral Bay. Aphrodite Water Park is a great day out and Coral Bay beach is fantastic. Lots of lovely restaurants in Coral Bay I can recommend Samisen Japanese Restaurant booking is a must though, Seriani Restaurant too. We will definitely return.

if I had one small thing that there could have been a few more pool towels.

We absolutely loved our stay at platzia beach villas. It was so peaceful and relaxing, amazing views. We hired a car which was perfect as it’s a good location if you can get around, I hear taxis were quite expensive in comparison to the cost of car hire so we’re glad we did this. We will definitely be back!

There wasn’t anything we disliked.

Location is great if you get the Aphrodite villa as it's overlooking the sea. Master bedroom is on the ground floor which is a shame as the two upstairs bed rooms (twins) have incredible views. Hosts were great. Superb villa for a family. Lovely large garden with plenty of space for a family of 6. Superb large BBQ. Straight into the sea.

VERY minor comments. Villa would benefit from a deep clean of villa and appliances (we're picky!) but generally great and hard to fault. Wouldn't stop me recommending however.

great quiet location. property is beautifully mantained. spotlessly clean, 3 good size bathrooms and bedrooms. very comfortable and the pool is an extra bonus. Kitchen well fitted with everything you need. working ac. Netflix, Prime on tele using your own subscription. Michalis is friendly and always available to answer and queries.

Beautiful, huge and spotlessly clean villa with a lovely pool and fabulous view. Michael was on hand if we needed anything. Restaurants and small supermarkets within walking distance.

Broadband was a little slow so take a booster if you can.

All- Large and spacious rooms with toilet and shower, large and clean pool, close to beautiful beaches, large outdoor area with barbecue and everything you need for outdoor meals. Michalis is available to every need and request

Nothing. All was good

The house is very comfortable and clean to the spot. There is nice view from the first floor bedrooms, but not from the pool area (villa Kyprogeneia). The host Michalis is always willing to help, always reachable, always returning your calls and doing everything to keep you happy during the stay. The toast maker was not working and he replaced it in a few hours. The bbq area is very convenient with the sink and everything, we used it a lot.

There could be some more kitchen equipment, such as a frappé maker (this is a must for Cypriots during the summer). Also, a fantastic addition would be a pergola or a large tent at the pool area, to enjoy some good shadow with a group of friends (the two umbrellas are small and insufficient). Last, the locker issue in the sliding glass door of the living room should be sorted out asap ; we all got locked out of the house at the first night and we were lucky because the host returned our call and came to help us. I believe that problematic locker should get replaced asap.

New and pleasure villas. Everything is new. Best garden with big pool. The best owner on booking (he helped in any situation and there was no problem staying 8 hours after check out- big thanks Michael!).

The pool got very deep quickly. Floor in pool was very slippery.

Great communication with mangers/owners. The villa was clean, modern and very comfortable. All rooms had sea view and the pool was fantastic. We even had the necessities in the fridge when we arrived. For me, the best thing was the Nespresso machine :) Thank you Michael and see you again.

Everything was great but the place could do with a sign that lights up at night as we missed it a few times driving back at night.
