The location is great. I felt safe there.
There are many shops and facilities nearby.
The view is not quite good. But this is a small thing compared to the rest of good stuff offered by the hotel.

The location was great, in the Leblon area with many restaurants and bars around. The turco area is very nice and is opened until 21h00.
The room was small and didn't have a balcony. The eating area was not very illuminated. Breakfast was OK but not exceptional.

Great location, good food for breakfast. The bed was comfortable
On the balcony, the barrier was not stable and moving. The sink was constantly blocked.it was very difficult to get to the 9 floor because the waiting time for the elevator was very long. Should be good to have a shower gel maybe.

The hallways had motion sensors for the lights and it was really dark walking to the room waiting for the lights to turn on. you couldn’t see what was down the hall and it didn’t feel completely comfortable walking in.

There was a construction going on and we felt like it wa in the room.
Location is aafe but aurrounded by the bara where you hear the noise till 2-3 am.
Toilet was not working peoperly.
