Friendly and informative staff. Very cute hotel

No parking for car. No breakfast

In the heart of the town, tucked away in a quiet corner and literally in the medieval walls. Parking in the plaza is close by, Aida asked us to call her when we got to the parking and she appeared almost immediately. Very comfortable, spacious and well-equipped rooms. The artwork on the walls transformed a very traditionally furnished room into something stylish. Excellent hi-tech shower. Added bonus was discovering the delightful museum in Buitrago, full of artworks given by Picasso to his friend and barber over many years.

Pretty, atmospheric and tidy place in the heart of old town. The staff was nice and welcoming.

The room was not big, so keep in mind if you have lots of bags or other stuff.

Good value centrally located hotel, clean with good facilities. Didn't think much of Buitrago del Lozoya

the people were so helpful, kind and welcoming. the decor was superb. stylish, modern and extremely tasteful. I loved the colours and the continuos soft music.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel perfectly located. César was so friendly and helpful. Our stay was just perfect - we’re going to book again.

The hotel was perfect, in an excellent position, free parking less than 100 metres away. Cesar the host meet us at the car park to show us the way, he was very helpful. The room was beautiful with plenty of space,could not fault this lovely little hotel and would definitely recommend it highly..

Very well designed and equipped rooms virtually built into the old town defensive walls. Comfortable beds, great shower and we’ll located for exploring the town.

Not a dislike as such, but the rooms were a little too warm for our comfort and no way to regulate the temperature other than open the window. No big deal but there were lights right outside the room. There is no parking at the hotel, but again no big issue, as it’s possible to leave the car on the town streets about 3-4 minutes walk.

Lovely small hotel in the walls of the town. Very quirky and well decorated. Have stopped breakfast since our last visit a good idea!
