Fabulous location and really nice place! Beautiful patio and garden in front of the apartment with the view on the lake and island. Quiet and peaceful. Rooms are fairy big with closets and space for wardrobe. We loved the songs on the usb stick left in the music stereo system :). Great value!

Outdated bathroom. Even though the bathroom was clean - the ventilation and small window makes it hard to ventilate the space ( specially in the cold and damp weather). Everything else was just perfect.

The flat was ok, not modern rather old decor but ok, as there were no any smell , just looked like in soviet union flat. Separate well-equipped kitchen, with balcony, flat tv, just comfortable. Separate room, big one, and the bathroom. There is a parking spot close to the house.

The view is good, but not from the balcony. If you want the lake view, check the hotels higher on hill. We got bad luck with the room (dont think its in every room, but still, the lock on the bathroom door was broken and we were not able to close it tight and it was very uncomfortable...the owner said that he wont be able either fix it or find the keys...we stayed there for 2 nights...so.. its weird answer I would say. The location is close to lake, yes, but far from any shops, to get to any you will have to climb up or use a car. No beach spot around the lake. Not comfortable with small kids. And in general there is nothing to do at this part of the lake.

A beautiful location! The apartment had everything we needed, its very spacious and homely! The hosts were very friendly and welcoming! Even the cat came to say hello which we loved and reminded us of our cat back home! Extra blankets in the cupboard were nice although the apartment kept heat in well and we didn't end up using them. The large balcony equipped with seating and loungers, would be lovely in summer! Perfect location for walks around the lake, lots to do nearby and helpful tourist information/leaflets and maps on a table in the doorway.

Great view, very clean and very nice and helpful hosts. Would 100% recommend, best place we’ve stayed. Very good value and close walking distance to town.

The location is just 30s from the lake with a nice view of Bled Island. 20min by foot from Bled center along the lake, very nice and safe.

AMAZING location, you could not have a more perfect location. Staff was very responsive, helpful and friendly. We borrowed a stand up paddle board which saved money and they were fine with us taking extra towels to use by the lake. We had enough cutlery and plates, and big enough fridge to store all our food. 2 night sitting chairs inside the room as well as table and chairs on the balcony. There was also a large picnic table outside which you could use. Such a wonderful stay, we highly highly recommend Lake House Sebanc!!

We didn’t have air con, just a fan. It was 34 degrees celsius in July, with it still being hot late into the night, at 9pm it was still 29 degrees celsius. That being said, I’m not sure what other hotels in the area offer or if air con is common by the lake, it didn’t seem that restaurants had air con.

Great location, lovely space. the balcony had great views. Close enough to the lake to use the paddle boards. lovely garden area with seating and hammock. lots of nice little walks in the vicinity.

because its so close to the lake it felt a bit busy in the evening with lots of groups in party mode near the lake. no fault of the host and we still slept soundly at night.
