this hotel is in the centre of Heiligenhafen and you have walking distance to all there is to enjoy. Rooms are very comfortable with good beds, we enjoyed a room with balcony overlooking the harbour. Breakfast is standard, nothing special but you find what you need, with some scramble eggs, bacon and salmon. The staff is very helpful and an extra pillow isn’t a problem. They need to be more updated on what’s going on in the town, we almost missed the Christmas Market when we asked and was informed “next week”, still the market was there and we really enjoyed it. We recommend this Hotel 😀👍

Very kind personal. Tasteful breakfast. Great location in the middle of everything and almost in the harbour. Our room was paceful and quiet. The free parking was great.

I was hesitant to travel because of Coronavirus but this hotel is really super well organized and they are very cautious but kind. Indeed, they take care of them and their guests. I have been in another hotel during our trip but the special measures for coronavirus were not at all comparable to what I saw here. I will certainly return to this hotel as soon as I can. Then, apart from the exceptional care because of coronavirus, the hotel is in a marvelous position, the breakfast is fantastic (very good quality of food!!!) and the rooms are nice. What else could you ask for?

Sadly we got a room at last floor. For me in my pregnancy this was a challenge.
