Perfect location, very helpful and friendly owners and a lovely shower.

This is our 3rd stay at 7th St Motel. Location is perfect and quiet at night. Rooms are always spotless. Staff are super friendly. Beds are really comfy.

Location was convenient
The carpet and decor was a bit outdated. Noisy fan in the bathroom. Also having to hold the hairdryer on to use it was annoying.

Close to town, walking distance to eateries. Close to a good walk around the river which we were able fit in after several hours of driving. Clean, neat with comfortable bed. White bed linen always a plus.

the most helpful and delightful staff I have ever come across. we were there for an overnight stay as we were travelling in a truck for work and the staff were so obliging.

What did I like…..The biscuits were packaged, I had brought spray sanitizer and I don’t have to go back.
Staff were rude and lacked tact and any form of kindness when telling me they do not generally accept locals. They basically told me to plea
my case and then giggled and laughed. On arrival they said they can usually hear in their voice of the guest if they will be trouble or not. They accepted my booking…..
I’ll never go back or suggest this to any one.
Pillows were old and heavily compressed.

A very clean no frills motel with everything you need and incredibly well located.
No noise between rooms, fantastic.
Very small bathroom/ toilet area. But still very, very clean.

Good price, good location and friendly staff. Small room was all I needed. Will certainly stay again next time in Mildura.

Location was excellent.Wonderful lady greeting us on arrival. Room was spotless and quite large. The bed was very comfortable and great undercover parking directly in front of your unit.. There was a booklet with map showing all the local attractions and places to eat. Could walk down to river in 10mins. It was a 2min walk to the city resturants.

The location was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. It was great value for money. The owners were friendly.
The pool closed in the evening way too early for summer heat. Closed at 7pm, which was ridiculous. We would have loved a swim after dinner. (There reasoning was that guest were drunk after that time.) We are 1. Grown adults responsible for ourselves. 2. We were out wine tasting during the day, so much more sober after dinner.
The rooms were not that soundproof, and one morning, we were woken at 5 am from some noisy guests talking for 30 minutes before leaving.
