Location straight onto the beach was fantastic.

The next door restaurant closed very early - before 8pm.

Nothing was liked. We felt it was a misrepresentation of description. As Confirmation number 3272643971, we did not stay there and left 2 hours after check-in once we located a room in an alternate Hotel. The staff said they were unable to reimburse and we should contact Booking.com.

The lobby was small with towels placed down due to leaks. We were E-mailed and told we could arrive early and have our luggage stored, however the luggage storage was in the lobby in open-view, under a console table without security. The site says there is a restaurant with a continental breakfast however there is not; staff suggested the neighbouring beach bar.The room was on the 3rd floor without an elevator, there wasn't a balcony, the window didn't open, there weren't any side lamps, there wasn't a chair, the bed was low and there were cigarette burns on the bed frame, paint was peeling off doors and furniture.

We always stay here when we go to Puerto Morelos, and for good reason. For the price, it is the best hotel in town: right on the beach, great pool, nice restaurant (service can be a bit iffy at times) comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. Plus, the location can't be beat, just steps from "downtown"

There is a snorkeling company right next door and customers start arriving around 8 AM. They are excited, and hence quite boisterous and noisy, with lots of loud laughing, etc. A small price to pay for such a great place

it’s a bit run down. my sliding glass door lock was broken and someone had rigged up a fix that could have easily been bypassed if an intruder was determined.

It was right on the beach. the pool was well cared for and the beds were comfortable.

windows were not clean and latch was broken, there were no blankets and the curtains were mildewed and in disrepair. Staff did not offer to help seniors get luggage up to the 3rd floor.
