Excellent and not busy location, very, very pleasant and professional host who waited for us until late at check in. Excellent ly furnished apartment, attractive views for Czechs. A rich, all-inclusive breakfast, especially many kinds of cakes. In the vicinity of many marked routes to run, bike, hike. An endlessly long cycle path for training (about 4 km from the pension), A big and free parking place next to the pension. Sunbeds outside.
We used wellness. Super.
Bormio is interesting city with a history, with shops and a treat.
We had a great time. Thank you very much. We really enjoyed this stay.

Lovely view and super friendly host! Really good breakfast and excellent food in the restaurant. Free spa facilities that had all we needed. Outdoor area was also nice and peaceful.
A little bit out-dated rooms, and could have been nice with a couple of chairs in the room.

Lovely place to stay with great views of the valley and very decent restaurant downstairs. Perfect base. 10 minutes drive from the slopes. Spot on for the weekend gateway

Salvatore is the star of the place, so friendly, so welcoming, so empathetic.
His residence is absolutely lovely with a nice playroom for children, a gorgeous breakfast buffet, a delicious restaurant/pizzeria, everything is spacious and warm.

The location was perfect. Between mountains and friendly Italians. Bormio was a nice town too.
Actually there wasn't any affordable places to take a swim with the kids. But it didn.t bothered us at all

The accommodation was fine. The breakfasts were excellent and the owner or operator was helpful and attentive. The view of the surroundings was fantastic thanks to the location in the mountains high on Bormio. The equipment was already a little marked by time and visitors, but everything was in order and functional.

- Good price for a small apartment (kitchen, complete utensils, couch, table, balcony)

- Very small bathroom with some mold on the ceiling
- Host was kind but did not speak one word English making communication difficult
- No bug netting for windows (and no airco so needed to open windows a bit)
- Weak WiFi
- Somewhat old fashioned interior and generally not much space

We like the place very breathtaking views the house is very clean also the wellness is excellent nice breakfast and restaurant we'll come back for sure.

Amazing location, quite and peaceful. The view is fascinating also from a room without balcony. It was really clean and cozy. We stayed just two days but it was exactly what we wanted, a relaxing weekend with some good food and spa.
There are also severa beautiful places around the area, easy to go with the car.

If you want breakfast that's healthy, with eggs, assortment of cheese, maybe fruits or vegetables, look elsewhere.
But I guess my expectations are too high.

The bfast was delicious, typical Italian with lots of fresh food. The owner was very nice, he highlighted lots of interesting sites & guided us with the navigation.

A relaxed and friendly place to stay in the summer. Felt very much like welcomed guests.
