Centrally located, close both to the beach (in one direction) and to the main walking street of Pomorie (in the other direction). Just near the hotel, there's also a bus station to/from Burgas airport. Mini and mega markets nearby. The hotel is clean and nice, well kept, with really big rooms. Relatively quiet in the night, no problems with sleeping. The included breakfast was also great, with good selection, fresh and tasty food. Their restaurant is also good, operating in the afternoon/evening. We've reached the hotel by bus from Burgas Airport when arriving, but we waited around 40mins for the bus. When leaving, we took a taxi (through booking.com).

The only negative is the lack of English knowledge of the entire staff. Both at the reception and in the restaurant. Really surprising how you could basically make no conversation with the reception. We couldn't even manage to book a taxi through them.

Room was very big and it had a balcony. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is also very close to the city center and beaches.

The staff couldn’t speak English but they were helpful.

The breakfast was good, but only if you like to eat eggs and sausages every morning. There was not much choice for a people with different taste.

The room was a little dark. The lights werent enough to cover everything. Anyway, the hotel staff took care about that - changed the bulbs and provided additional lamp, but still it wasn't enough.

The location.

The staff wasn’t very informative and helpful. There was no soap or a hair dryer in the room. We had to ask about everything as no information was given to us regarding breakfast, our room, or anything else.
